Fantastic product! Terrific customer service!
I love these units and so do my plants. Plant grow is amazing and these units are very sturdy and easy to use. Tomato, bell pepper, jalapeno, and cucumber plants love them too! Cherry tomatoes work best for size and space, but other tomatoes do well also. Also received amazing customer service!

Slowly but Surely
*UPDATE* It has been a few months now and slowly my cucumbers are coming in. The other two plants that were in my AeroGardens overgrew quickly and I had to transplant them elsewhere by the end of the 2nd month. Those did not, however, start producing cucumbers until about the 3rd month. This system is currently in the 4th month and the cucumbers are finally popping up. I did receive an email from the company offering advice and they posed a few questions concerning my previous review and I was actually very happy that they went out of their way to contact me. They were super helpful and very quick to respond to my emails and it just made the experience of waiting this product out a bit more satisfying. I do like this system a bit more than my AeroGardens. For one, the plant itself looks a bit more healthy, and I don't have to add water to it very frequently (maybe once every 1.5-2 months at this point). The trellis is super convenient since the vines can grow up while with my AeroGardens they just grow out and across the desk, floor, etc. since there is nothing for them to grab onto. Just with the 4 months I've been comparing the two systems, I personally would go with this system again over the AeroGardens based on the quality of the product, the ease of use, the customer service/support, and so far, the production quality. ---------- *ORIGINAL REVIEW* I'll admit I had high hopes for this product because I love my hydroponics systems (I have four other types), but the eSuperegrow has fallen short of my expectations. This isn't to say it is a failure, just a bit lacking. I planted these plants the same day and am using the same liquid plant food in both systems. They both get the same amount and length of light and have been sitting side-by-side in the same room since being planted. It has been about a month and the eSuperegrow has some catching up to do with my AeroGardens. I think the growth sponge is too thick because the roots will not penetrate through it. I took one of the plants from the eSuperegrow and placed it in my AeroGarden and one of the plants from my AeroGarden with developed roots and placed it in the eSuperegrow using leca clay in the tray instead of the sponge to see how they both fair. I still have hope for this system, and I will try out different methods besides the sponge to see how it does. I will update again in about a month to hopefully give more positive results.

Love the trellis feature!! Produce growing very slowly though.
Video is 90 days in. I should already be harvesting and i dont have any actual fruit growing yet. However, it is indoors with grow lights only, so im taking that into consideration. I feellike it would perform much better directly in front of a window or outside (however does say it's not weatherproof) I wish it came with grow lights included. I had to rig up a lighting system that seems to work ok, though. Pros: Set up was very easy, only took about 10 min per unit. I bought 3. Loved the individual spacing for the seeds. Seems pretty sturdy. Not bad for the price. Looks very attractive. Cons: 50% of my seedlings died within the first week or two. Mold grows quickly on the top of the medium squares, rendering them useless for additional seeding. Checking the Ph and nutrient levels of the water is extremely difficult since you have to lift the whole grow deck (including the trellis) off the base and hold it while trying to use the tester, making it messy and inconvenient. Also one of my pumps has already stopped working and there's no way to check it without pulling it all apart and killing the plants. I'm giving it 3 stars due to reliability and maintenance issues.

Very Poorly designed. Water can't get to plants. Pump screeches horribly.
I really really wanted to like this. I spent hours assembling it, as the plastic connecters are manufactured with ridges inside the holes which make it very difficult to fit some of the poles into them (only on some openings on each connector). I should have looked more closely before assembling. Once completed, I saw the many flaws: First, the illustrations don't match the way the pieces are actually manufactured, so it cannot be assembled quite as shown. For example, the float to show water level cannot be installed in the hole that is shown, because that doesn't line up with the hole in the lid. There is another place to put the float, fortunately. However, the pump is shown as having an extension which would actually circulate the water closer to the plant roots. There is no such piece included. Much more importantly, the entire design is pretty useless. There is a second plastic bin which fits into the main water reservoir. This top bin does have holes to allow water to flow between the two, BUT those holes are not in the section where the plants are. So for the plant growing compartments to get any water (kind of important to hydroponics), the water reservoir must be entirely full at all times, as the water has to overflow the top cm or so to get to the plants. Since the whole point for me is to not have to water everyday or fuss over my plants, this unit is entirely useless. Thirdly, I did try it out, hoping my assessment of the design flaws would prove incorrect. When I plugged it in, the pump let out the most horrible screech I've ever heard, and I had to unplug it immediately. Finally, in trying to fill the water compartment, the top section kind of floats, and when I pushed it down to get it to sit in the unit as designed, water pours out the top of the basin underneath (very unfortunate for my hardwood floors, and a major pain to clean up). Once full, it might sit flat, HOWEVER, as the plants use water , the center setion of the top basin will empty, which would again cause the floating problem, as there is no way for the water to get into that section where the plants are supposed to grow. Whole design, as well as manufacturing, is badly flawed. Don't waste your money!

It is very quit, very clean, excellent use of space, easy to use, easy to put together, worked exactly as described. Drop the seed into the little hole and watch them grow. Germinated in the normal time, but growth was 20-30 faster than soil seedlings. If using during the winter in cold climates, you could use a heat pad to get better /quicker germination and growth. Heat pad at 21+C would be good, anything lower is too cold due to the water circulation. It is whisper quit, and I have to get very close to it to see if its running. Its small and light so its easy to move around too, like a pot. Mine is in a window, so I initially rotate the square cups daily to strengthen the seedlings so they don't tilt to just one side. Climbing plants need a little help in getting to the first rung of the provided trellis, a foot long stick or mini trellis? Once there, off they go. Only need to get a fertilizer solution of some type as per your plant type and get some your seeds. This unit is a minimum effort piece of kit. Well done. I am buying a bunch more of them. If I was to get an additional accessory for winter growing it would be some LED grow lights. Then this thing would be able to grow stuff year round anywhere with at least a 30% improvement in grow rate than outside in the soil.

I am into a lot of hydroponics. I made some IOT with it for work project. Not bad for the price . I had some break when delivered but nothing serious. Be advised you have to know you can't grow anything in this because there is not a lot of space in reservoir unlike good ol' 5 gallons plastic bucket . But the quality in itself is good. but If you want something for bigger crop you can easily DIY.

4th Update: One of the pumps failed in my four units. So, I reached out to eSuperegrow customer support. They responded in one day and are sending me a replacement immediately. Impressive customer service and they really do support their product. I was willing to pay for the shipment but as it is still under warranty, they are shipping it to me with a tracking number. 3rd Update: DO yourself a favour - choose a bush tomato or bush bean. I am growing sweetie tomatoes and they have reached the ceiling! My jalapeno and Hungarian hot yellow and black peppers are thriving. The tomatoes continue to produce flowers and fruit. Make sure that for peppers and tomatoes, you add calcium-magnesium nutrient (50 ml / 10 litres of fluid. I also add 40 ml of fruit and an equal amount micro nutrients to the 10 litre mix). pH testing is mandatory for these units to ensure that the plants have what they need to produce. a pH between 6.5 and 7.5 is ideal. Adding the nutrient mix I mentioned above drives the pH down, so you will be using pH Up solution regularly. 2nd Update: The nutrient provided with the purchase needs to be supplemented depending on what you are growing. I have sweetie tomato and cucumber plants growing in one unit. After about 15 days of growth, the cucumber leaves started to curl and yellow - an immediate sign of nutrient deficiency. I had some micro-nutrient solution on hand and added five drops to the reservoir. This made a huge difference and the plants are growing quickly as a result. This allows me to infer that the nutrient provided is consumed quickly by plants that will produce lots of fruit. I am now adding micro-nutrient (5 drops) once a week to the cucumber, tomato and long yellow pepper plants. The jalapeno and Hungarian hot peppers as well as the Tom Thumb peas get the additional micro-nutrients once every two weeks. I also add 5 drops of liquid grow nutrients to supplement each reservoir once a week. This has proven to result in robust growth. The latest picture shows the growth after a month! Update: I ordered two more units and will acquire one more in September. Assembly is easy - once you have put together one of the frames above the reservoir, doing it a second and third time is rapid, indeed. I planted Tom Thumb peas and these have now sprouted but the leaves have not poked above the plastic frame. I will post more pictures as these plants grow. Today, I planted long yellow peppers, sweetie tomatoes, and cucumbers. From germination harvest varies for each crop but I expect to have growth going quickly and be posting pictures to this review as the vegetables/fruit matures. I have two bottles used for water dispenser systems and I purchased a pump so I can put nutrient under the table and refill the reservoirs easily. One will have the single recommended mix and the second will have the double mix for flower and fruiting stages of growth. I added two LED lights to the peas as these don't grow very large. I also have additional lights for the extra grow units that will be attached later. One addition - to ensure that the light reaches the lowest levels when the plants are growing and fruiting, I have purchased mylar emergency blankets that can be draped over the entire set-up to reflect light to all parts of the plants. First, space saving: this will allow me to grow larger vegetables indoors all winter - my first crop will be Tom Thumb peas. I noticed some people complaining about the assembly of the frame. I separated the connecters into the two types included. All you need to do is pay attention to the orientation as you assemble the frame. Not difficult at all; it just needs a bit of patience. Second: my unit is so quiet, it was only the flow of water that indicated that the pump was actually working. Third: I noticed people asking where they can purchase the grow medium - it is coconut coir. Just order a larger block on Amazon and cut it to size - smaller than the receptacles as it will expand when it becomes wet. Fourth: one can do pH and EC measurements if you place the area for adding water for refilling, where it is easily accessible. I reversed the unit on the table. It is then possible to put the pen into the reservoir of the top section to take your readings. I have not yet added the lights but I purchased those separately already and have extras.

So glad this indoor garden came up in my Amazon search!! Was looking for something that I could grow taller vegetables in. It is very sturdy, seems to be of good quality - I have several indoor gardens (Aerogarden FarmPlus, iDoo) that are higher tech but are limited in height. It's an easy setup as well. Couldn't find replacement grow sponges for it but ordered Grodan Rockwool cubes that will work perfectly. So far, so good with this product - looking forward to my cucumbers, beans & peas!! Highly recommend!!👌
