I dont like the tongue but these are far from uncomfortable and are well made.
I have rather large feet and always struggle to find comfortable trainers so I thought I’d try these Extra Wide Fit trainers to see if they help in anyway. The trainers are well made with decent stitching and solid quality from toe to heel. Laces are nice and I like the design. The only thing im not a fan of is the tongue.. Its very thin and the way the laces go through it looks very brittle and I cant see that not tearing pretty quickly. After wearing them for a couple of days now, both in a busy working environment and the gym and I’ve found them alright. Not like walking in the clouds but not uncomfortable either. Being wider to accommodate my big feet does mean they look huge… thats not the trainers fault, its my size 12 flippers. They do however feel strange to start off with. Driving at first was odd but you soon get used to it. Comfort is also average, but again… they are still settling in and with all trainers, they take time to bed in to your foot shape. They are lovely and light though and are easy to walk in. Overall I’m happy with them. Few bits with the design im not too keen on (the white design on the tongue thats not shown on the product pictures mainly) but overall they are nice trainers, well priced and allow us fat footed people’s feet, space to breath.

A decent, well made pair of wide fit trainers,a tad expensive, worth a look if you need a wider fit
A decent, fairly well made pair of trainers, with one really minor issue, more personal preference though. Out of the box these look really good.I got them for my daughter as she has wide size 8 feet,so I thought these might be good for her daily use.If they weren't my dad also takes size 8 so maybe he could try them. She said they are comfortable at first but the arch support felt "weird"so she stopped wearing them,so i took them down to my dad to try.He said they are comfortable to wear, light and the arch support doesn't seem to bother him,so he uses them when he takes his dog for walks. The size fit well(he has said it feels better being wider fitting)and they feel good when he does them up. The manufacture of them seems very good, nice stitching and solid front to back.Except for one thing. The tongue is thin as hell, and I prefer a tongue with some padding to it.As I mentioned earlier, its a personal thing, especially since I'm not the one wearing them. Now,as for the price,£50.99 currently, and to be honest,I think thats a lot for a pair of trainers, even if they are wider fitting,so in my opinion,I think they are expensive. But saying that, theres a lot of other trainers out there a lot more expensive that don't have that extra width,so if thats what you need, these are worth considering even at that price.

Great comfortable trainers
These trainers are really comfortable and feel supportive when running or walking. The extra wide fit makes them easy on the feet and they feel lightweight even on long runs. Good for everyday use or workouts. Great value recommended.

Great comfort - Wrong sizes
I really wanted to love these, but the sizing is significantly off. I consistently wear a size 9 to 9.5 in all my other trainers and shoes, so I ordered these in a 9.5. Unfortunately, they feel more like a 10.5. Even wearing thick running socks, they don't fit me properly anywhere, there is just way too much room. The Pros: Comfort: From the brief time I tried them on, the soles feel incredibly soft and well-cushioned. Build: They seem like a comfy shoe if you can get the right fit. The Cons: Sizing: Be very cautious; you likely need to order at least a full size down from your usual. The Tongue: I noticed the tongue is quite squeaky. To be fair, this might be because the shoe is too large for my foot, causing extra friction, but it’s worth noting. Verdict: Nice trainers, but the sizing chart is misleading.

Very Comfortable With Plenty of Toe Space
I have purchased a few pairs of trainers in the last couple of years that I had to return because, among other things, they made my toes feel cramped. I do own another pair of FitVille trainers which I like so was happy to order this pair with their extra wide fit. After putting the trainers on they immediately felt comfortable, like a pair I had been wearing for years. They have a thick rubber sole and good heel support. The upper material is soft and flexible and there is definitely plenty of space at the front so my feet never feel even slightly cramped. The only thing I am not sure about is the tongue, which seems quite flimsy compared to the rest, and compared to most other trainers I have tried, and that gives me the impression it will tear if I pull on it too much. Fortunately there is no real need to pull hard so hopefully it will be OK. These trainers do feel very supportive to me and I can see them being my new daily pair, and at £59.99 they seem fairly well priced for the quality.

Honestly absolutely in love with these and the brand. Suffer from ingrown nails and as a vet tech on my feet all day my feet don't ache afterwards. I am able to put my orthodics in them and plenty of room for my toes. Fraction of the cost of some high end brands as well. Win win all around and excited. Have a few pairs from this brand Fitville. Highly recommend.

This is a review of the FITVILLE branded Wide-Fit Training Shoe for Men. It is a Lightweight Sneaker with a wider toe box. Unlike competing brands, this one is cleverly designed and colored to not look very wide. The Fitville brand is owned by Lingplanet Inc., an American company registered in Delaware that designs shoes in the US and has them made mainly in Asia (China and Vietnam). I was attracted to this shoe because a prior shoe made by the same company turned out to be great for travel. Much more comfortable than a major brand’s walking shoe. Materials appear to be polyethylene mesh sewn in a pattern reinforce again tear. The manufacture states the sole has “dual density EVA” which means it is ethylene-vinyl acetate. The latter is what is otherwise known as expanded rubber or foam rubber. While EVA by itself tends to wear down fairly rapidly, the outsole is rubber for enhanced abrasion resistance. Tread on the shoe is excellent. Combination is a little stiff – characteristics best for a supportive walking shoe. Maybe not as ideal for a long distance running shoe. The shoe was true to length specs. It has plenty of depth (great). I an additional flat insole for even more cushioning (not everyone will need) and put the original on top. The depth and width of the shoe accommodated the dual insole and my tootsies. Lacing up was not a problem. Something I could not do with my more expensive name brand walking shoe. In summary: a wider width extra depth shoe that was intelligently designed. Designed so you can add an arch support far more easily than most shoes. Great for hiking, walking in general, and light enough to pack for a vacation.

I got these shoes in size 10.5 wide, and the sizing feels very accurate, as it is true-to-size. I also got the black ones, and I feel these are very classy and more wearable with a variety of outfits. I also think they are definitely wider than traditional shoes. I have wide feet, and I do not feel trapped or squeezed at all when wearing them. The first thing I noticed when wearing them is how lightweight they are. The material is very soft and breathable, which makes them comfortable right away. The insole feels really nice, almost like memory foam, and it has a bit of bounce to it, which adds to the comfort during wear. I also feel more secure in terms of injuries, as my knees take less impact when moving, thanks to the cushioning and memory foam feel. The outsole has good grip and makes me feel confident using them for hiking or any other activity that requires solid traction. The only downside for me is the tongue. It is quite thin, and if the shoes are laced too tight, you can feel it underneath, which can become annoying and uncomfortable after wearing them for a long period of time. Overall, for the price, I think these are a very decent all-around pair of shoes that can handle a variety of activities.

These FitVille Stride Core Pro V2 trainers immediately feel like they were designed with real feet in mind rather than just scaled-up standard shoes. From the first wear, they strike a strong balance between athletic performance and everyday comfort, which makes them easy to use far beyond the gym. Fit is the standout feature. The wide sizing provides genuine room through the forefoot without making the shoe feel sloppy or oversized. There’s no pinching at the toes and no awkward stretching across the sides, which is a huge relief if you’ve struggled with narrow athletic shoes in the past. Support is excellent, especially through the arch and midfoot. The built-in structure offers noticeable stability during workouts, long walks, and standing-heavy days. It feels supportive without being rigid, which keeps fatigue from building up as quickly. The cushioning and energy return are very well tuned. There’s a responsive feel underfoot that makes walking and training feel lighter and more efficient, without tipping into overly soft or bouncy territory. It absorbs impact well while still giving a little spring back. Weight is another pleasant surprise. These feel genuinely lightweight for how supportive they are, which makes them comfortable for all-day wear rather than just short training sessions. They never feel clunky or tiring, even after hours on your feet. Breathability and build quality both hold up nicely. The upper allows airflow without feeling flimsy, and the construction feels durable enough to handle regular gym use and daily errands alike. The black and orange colorway adds a sporty edge without being loud. These trainers work beautifully as a do-it-all shoe. They’re supportive enough for workouts, comfortable enough for long walks, and polished enough for casual wear. For anyone who needs wide sizing without sacrificing performance or style, this pair delivers a rare combination of fit, comfort, and energy that truly earns its name.

With a name like FitVille, I wasn't sure what to expect from these tennis shoes. I got the Navy blue shoes and they look pretty nice. I have even gotten compliments on my taste in shoes although I didn't have a whole to to do with it. They do look nice though. I am not a big runner and at 65 years in age, I am happy not running as much as I can. So, I am hardly a good test for how athletic these shoes can perform. The heal appears to be a very solid junk of metal and it makes the shoes both harder and easier to put on your feet. Harder because I have never had a tennis shoe with such solid heal. Not being used to heals that are this solid, putting the shoes on becomes a challenge of getting your heal into the shoe. Once you realize that the heal of the show is so solid and cannot be damaged easily, you come to realize that simply using your own weight and stepping downward into the shoe is the easiest way to get into them. I don't think you are going to damage the heal of the shoe. It is simply that solid. The marketing for the shoe also talks about giving your toes unpresidented freedom. They are not kidding. While it does not look like the toes of the shoe are wider there is no denying that my toes do feel more free when wearing these shoes. They are very comfortable right out of the box and if you have visions of many blisters from the very solid heal, forget about it. Blisters at not in the cards, the shoes are well enough designed and blisters were never a consideration while wearing them. I highly doubt that these shoes were engineered to the level that a Nike tennis shoe is but Nikes cost 3 to 4 times more than these shoes do and I am not lamenting some missing scientific feature. The cost savings is a celebration though.
