Good kid book
Great series for kids. My grandkids love all the Mercy Watson stories

We love Mercy!
Ohh how we love Mercy Watson at our house! My daughter has nearly read all the books, she's in first grade. The books are so funny and sweet. We love seeing what adventures Mercy gets herself into. Never a dull moment on Deckawoo Drive! I love how all the books refer to previous books, they are all connected. Dicamillo did such a great job on the series.

Good for kids
My niece loved this. Very much a good book for the reader in the family.

More detailed narrative than earlier books in the series
I got this book for my daughter who is in the first grade. We read the first several Mercy Watson books and my daughter loved those (as did my boys when they were younger too). But this book was not a hit with her. It seems to have leveled up a bit - more wordy and fewer pictures. I didn't notice if it is suggested for older kids than the earlier Mercy Watson books. It is still the same writing style, just a slower read that doesn't grab the kid's attention as much.

Stories that will make you laugh over and over again.
This series is great. My granddaughters are 15 years apart and they both loved these wonderful books. Because of Winn Dixie by the same author is also one of their favorites.

One of the best
If you are a Mercy Watson fan, you have to read Mercy Watson is Missing. The humor is classic Kate DiCamillo. I love how all the characters from the previous books are included in this story. So read the previous books in the series before this one. We also meet a couple new interesting characters who are affected by Mercy’s shenanigans. Hoping there is another book coming after this one.

A great ending to a great series
I am sad to see the end of the Mercy Watson series but a happy ending is always good. I found this series when teaching a young student to read. He was a reluctant reader but loved this series. He couldn’t wait to see what Mercy was up to each day. I have never looked at toast the same since finding this series.

Delightful Series
Beautiful illustrations and delightful messages.My kindergarten granddaughter loves Mercy and her family. Teacher recommended and great for a wide age range. Chapter books for older readers and picture books for young.

Love
My kids range from 11 to 1 and all of then highly enjoy ready theses book and this one did not disappoint. We all it even reading it with them I am enjoying it. Would recommend for your kids great adventure.
