Without the use of techniques like chromatography and mass spectrometry by scientist who knows what’s really in these gummies. But I do know they taste good. I did stop taking them recently and didn’t really notice any change in how I feel or anything so the question is do they really work? I’m gonna have to say yes because I don’t have any proof to say otherwise. Would I buy them again, yes why not? Taste good but overpriced when compared to generic. Amazon brand was significantly cheaper and can be bought in a multipack. Does its job and tastes nice. No bad smell or issues eating it.
