Good quality resistance band for pull ups and other exercises. Use a range of different weights in the gym and bought this one for home training.

Great quality bands, really strong & so many things you can do with them. I originally bought these with just a couple of exercises in mind and mainly assisted pull ups, but once they arrived I started to realise just how many areas of the body you can exercise. I'm especially loving all the shoulder exercises as I've always found this a hard area to train. On top of this they are so portable you can use them for a quick workout anywhere I did used to have some other bands but these seem a step up on the quality side, pretty indestructible. I think I'm now going to buy the full set so I've got all bases covered- good work Teknifit!

Since the gyms have been closed I haven’t been working out as much but I decided to buy 1 of these resistance bands on a whim. It’s pretty versatile and I can do a bunch of exercises for each muscle. However it is very different to using weights because you don’t get constant resistance. For example when I tried bicep curls I only felt resistance at the End of the concentric (curling the band up) and I didn’t feel any resistance in the beginning of the concentric or the end of the eccentric (bringing my arm back down). It feels like I’m not lifting anything until I’m at the peak of the contraction. Although I’ve only use the band for a couple of days, I would recommend trying it out. By using the band I’m able to workout with more versatility in home workouts because I can target pulling movement muscles such as biceps and back.

I bought this product (the red one) for rehab following a shoulder issue and this has really helped performing band pull-aparts with my shoulders externally rotated to building strength back up in across my shoulders, scapula, traps and rhomboids. Can be used for a variety of other exercises too. I will be back to buy the other ones as my recovery progresses.

The product itself is actually quite good. The picture in the advert does make you think your receiving a set though, and really it's a single order of the least resistant band. So I suppose requires proper reading but product is ok

I received this product at around the start of May and it’s helped with my pull ups hugely! For example, I have been doing them 3 days a week - doing normal pull ups until failure (this was only 2/3 when I started using it) and then use the band to do around 4-6 more. Since using it, I can now do around 5 pull ups after only 2-3 weeks of use! Band is very tough and feels very durable! Highly recommend for increasing strength

I got the black band because i hoped to use it for its versatility. It is good for assisted pull-ups, arm workouts and even leg workouts for at home or the gym. It’s really durable and not cheaply made!

Quality product, thick band. It doesn't come with instructions but there are some on the internet, examples of different ways to stretch using the band.

The material didn’t feel that great but they are holding up so far no complaints

This band is great to carry with you. I take it with me to work and on breaks I use it. I even use it watching tv.
