Do you have a version that works with 3.3 volts to be used with a raspberry pi?

I have used mime with an Arduino Mini Pro and an Arduino Uno. I think it is a 5-24v version that is a XKC-Y25-V. here is a website that explains the connections. My concern would be that it takes 5 to 24 volts to drive this and you only have 3.3v. Is the product waterproof? I want to use it on my pressurewashing trailer.

You can pop off the back cover and see an adjustment screw (trim pot) embedded in what appears to be silicone goo. The screw is not sealed, so I would NOT consider it waterproof. Splash resistant would be more accurate.

There is an adjustment potentiometer on the device. Is this a 10 turn pot, 20 turn pot, or what? It seems to be able to turn more then 360 degrees.
