Good product! It works for strengthening the jaw
At 20 servings for $20 it does cost a premium. I find the product to be good quality and very mild in taste. I do have some concerns about my teeth when first getting a piece started because it is quite hard and difficult to chew but once it warms up this changes. The size of each piece is perfect— it give me a workout without tiring my jaw out too quickly. If you have TMJ probably not a good product for you as it makes my jaw click a bit after chewing for long periods.

Jawline training gum, fine if you like chewing tree sap
I tried these to see if they made any difference in my jawline appearance. After using for two weeks I saw no discernible difference so I quit using it. It isn't bad tasting, but it isn't that good either. It tastes like tree sap, and lo and behold, that is what it is! The gum is hard and remains stiff as you chew it so it does make you use those chewing muscles. It doesn't appear to shrink much over the time you chew it. It might help shape jawlines for some, but I couldn't keep chewing tree sap for that long personally. If the goal is to chew something that stays stiff to increase the effort needed to chew it, then this product delivers on that. I don't know that it's that great a value, but some people out there may be looking for something like this. I am not one of them.

Tough Gum but Unpleasant Taste
This is much different than chewing gum, which is what I was expecting, but I will not be ordering again. It smells and tastes like tree sap (basically what it is), and the taste lingers in your mouth for a while after chewing. The texture initially isn't pleasant as it starts off hard and crumbly, which tends to get stuck in your teeth. If you can get past the taste and texture, it starts to soften up and become somewhat pliable but still gets stuck in your teeth fairly easily. It is harder than traditional chewing gums, so it does achieve its goal of working your jaw more. You get about 25 small pieces (20g total), so there is a decent amount included. Overall, it may work for some people trying to get into tougher gum for jaw workouts, but be warned about the taste which prevented me from using it regularly.

High-Quality Mastic Gum for Daily Chewing
This mastic gum stands out for its quality and simple, natural ingredient list. The texture is firm and long-lasting without breaking down too quickly, which gives it a satisfying chewability compared to regular gum. The flavor is mild, clean, and slightly resin-like at first, but it becomes more pleasant the longer you chew. I also appreciate that it’s free from artificial ingredients and comes in individually portioned servings for convenience. The gum feels durable and maintains its consistency well during use. Overall, it’s a unique and high-quality product for anyone looking for a natural chewing gum alternative.

A fun find
This was a fun find. I’ve been curious about mastic gum for a few years after seeing it on social media, so I was excited to finally try it. As I started chewing, my mouth immediately flooded with saliva. The gum itself isn’t juicy, it just seems to really stimulate that response. After a few minutes it settled down and I was able to chew normally. This isn’t the kind of gum I’d feel comfortable chewing in public though. It’s quite firm, so it requires more noticeable jaw movement and isn’t very discreet. There isn’t much flavor to it either, which some people might find boring, but I actually didn’t mind. The listing recommends using 2 to 3 pieces daily for 25 to 30 minutes and claims one bag lasts about 7 to 10 days, with visible results in 4 to 8 weeks. I’m turning 36 next week, so technically just outside their stated age range, which I thought was a bit funny. Realistically, you would need to buy multiple bags to follow that routine long enough to see results, and at this price point that adds up quickly. Because of that, I can’t really speak to any long term benefits. Price at time of review: $19.99

Absolutely not a fan
These are chunky and flakes of shellac. Zero instruction on the packaging. I had to go to listing. 1 gram per use. 20 grams come in the pouch. Flavor suppose to be natural and natural. It is not. Taste lingers for more than half of the day. Even lingered after drinking and eating. Left staining residual on my teeth. Even more so on to my fingers. It’s was like a glue that almost instantly hardened like glue. Several washes to get it off my fingers. Absolutely not worth the hassle. Best to use the reuseable rubber jaw exercise product.

Extra-Tough Natural Chewing Gum with a Very Firm Texture
This mastic gum has a very firm, dense texture that definitely feels tougher than regular chewing gum. The pieces are small but surprisingly long-lasting, and the natural Chios mastiha gives it a unique resin-like flavor that stands apart from typical mint or fruit gums. It’s sugar-free and made from simple natural ingredients, which is a nice plus for anyone looking for a more traditional chewing option. Because of the extra-hard chew, it feels best used in moderation depending on personal comfort. Overall, it’s a distinctive natural gum with a very strong chew and a unique texture that some users may really enjoy.

Great for Jaw Exercise, But Lacks Flavor
’ve been using this mastic gum for jawline training and overall it’s been a solid experience. It’s very firm and definitely gives your jaw a good workout, which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve noticed it’s effective for consistent chewing and feels like it actually engages your jaw muscles over time. The texture is consistent and holds up well during use. The main downside for me is the lack of flavor. It’s pretty neutral, which makes it a bit less enjoyable to chew for long periods. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. It works well for jaw training, but I wish it had more flavor to make the experience better.
