Case is fully charged but buds are dead. Case no longer charges bud. How do i fix this?

I’m curious if they were charging at any point in time or is this the first time u needed to charge them? But when I first got mine and needed to charge them I thought the same thing it was weird the case wouldn’t charge the buds, but than I looked at the bottom of the ear buds and realized there is a small protective silicone sticker on the connectors that was keeping them from getting charged… maybe that’s why yours won’t charge either. Take the ear buds out and check the bottom of them.
