This color (4A) of hair dye turned out much darker than indicated on the packaging. Be aware of this color . The kit includes shampoo and conditioner, which makes hair care easier immediately after dyeing.

I am really happy with L’Oreal Paris Excellence Crème hair dye. The color covers gray hair completely and lasts a long time. After using it, my hair looks darker, healthier, and honestly makes me look younger. What I liked most is how clean the application is. The color does not spread or stain the skin, which makes the whole process much easier and less messy. The cream texture is smooth and easy to apply evenly. I also got it at the cheapest price I have ever seen, which made the purchase even better. For the quality and results, this is excellent value for money. I am very satisfied and will definitely order more in the future.

This is an easy to use color system that delivers consistent color every time! The addition of a shampoo and conditioner for use after color makes your hair even more silky feeling. I have NOT experienced any over drying of my hair. I am naturally a medium brown and this product gets me to light blond in one application. I do use purple shampoo every other week after coloring to keep the brassiness down. In comparison to salon color I would say this is of equal value, especially if you have someone who can help you apply it evenly over your hair.

It arrived a little after the expected delivery date. But the seller sent a message ahead of time that it is possible to happen. But offered help if it was necessary. It was packed safely and well. The item worked well on dark blonde hair.

I normally get my hair coloured at hairdresser. I have deep ash blonde “base” with multi highlights. Dreaded ruining my hair with home colour. Beautiful colour. My hair feels fantastic. Roots (grey) for 25 minutes then worked the colour thru my hair for 3-5 minutes. Grey covered. Multicoloured hair. Great. Toned down any brassiness with pulling colour thru my hair for minimal time. The pre-root conditioner is great. Pulled thru bottom 1/2 of my hair.

I ordered 4 boxes & they came late, i was disheartened, however when they came i was very surprised, it covered my copper hair dye and looks and feels great, no runs or mess in the bathroom and i only needed to use 2 boxes this time so coverage is great, i hated the smell while applying, but it soon go's when you wash and the shampoo an conditioner is very refreshing, my hair is glossy and healthy, my new go to hair dye for sure.

I haven’t used the product yet as it didn’t come with any gloves which was frustrating.
