[Medicinal Korean Herb] Goji Berry Tea (Wolfberry/Gouqi/구기자 차) Dried Bulk Herbs 113g (4oz)

Description

Goji, goji berry or wolfberry is native to Asia. Wolfberries are usually sold in open boxes and small packages in dried form. "Wolfberry", a commonly used English name, has unknown origin, perhaps resulting from the Mandarin root, gou, meaning dog or confusion over the genus name, Lycium, which resembles lycos, the Greek word for wolf. In the English-speaking world, the name "goji berry" has been used since the early 21st century. The word "goji" is an approximation of the pronunciation of gǒuqǐ, the name for L. chinense in several Chinese dialects, including Hokkien and Shanghainese. How to make tea- 1. Boil 250ml (8oz) of water. 2. Put in 1~2 teaspoon of the herbs in the water. 3. Wait for about 3-5 minutes for the herb to brew, take out the herbs, then drink. For best results, use filtered water (water can affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered) 4. Ingredients can be used 2-3 times. Enjoy!! **You can drink the tea hot or cold **For a delicious change, try it with honey, or your favorite sweetener. Review: Super healthy - This brand is so fresh and healthy. Super good!
