well worth it for kayaking cold water/ training
I bought this to practice wet exits, deep water reentries, and try to remember to learn how to roll. It fits great and is very comfortable and easy to get on/ off. The ankle zips really help! My first dip in it was a cool spring day with air temperatures in the high 50s and water temperatures in the low 50s. With a splash jacket on as a wind breaker this was plenty warm standing on shore and a little hot paddling around dry. The wet exit went well and was surprisingly warm in the water. I never got a chill and took my time getting back in the boat. It was warm while wet standing on shore after words also. It is a little harder to take off wet, but turning the legs inside out gets it done.On construction all the seams are smooth and look well made, the material is thin and one of my friends wants to buy one for a triathlon suit because of it's increased mobility. The additional padding in the knees is nice, but for a kayak suit I would like to see the same in the seat.Overall a great purchase and would buy it again.

Comfortable, love the front zip for jet skiing and general watersports
Hard to find a light weight comfortable long john with a front zip. We use them primarily for PWC riding in the spring and fall when the water is cooler. Front zip makes it easy for bathroom breaks or if you get too warm. Im 6'1" tall, 185 lbs 32" waist, the XL fits great, snug enough to work effectively without being uncomfortably tight. I have long legs and they are just long enough when wearing with wet suit booties.

Decent wetsuit
I'm glad I bought it. The build quality is good and it insulates well enough. Works perfectly under my 5 mill wetsuit jacket and I stay warm SUP surfing with them in 48 degree air and 57 degree water. The zipper is not as rugged as those on other O'Neill wetsuits I have owned, but it works fine. I am careful with the zipper, I don't abuse it and have had no trouble.

Perfect for SUP in chilly water!
I bought this for SUP surfing. I'm 6'2/210lbs. It fit near perfect. I was out with a buddy in 61-63 degree water and I was toasty. My buddy who is shorter and a little less bulky was freezing in his spring suit. Since I'm a noob I spent more time in the water than I'd like to admit. I like having my arms free to paddle without the resistance of a wetsuit. I also swapped boards and prone paddled and the zipper running up the front didn't bother me at all.

Non-restrictive suit for kayaking, at a good price
I am 6'1" 195 and an XL fits perfect. With the addition of the Superlite jacket, this suit is good for fair weather ocean sit-on-top kayaking in the winter in California.

Peeling and fraying after 2 days in the water, can't believe it is an oneill
After two days in the water the fabric shows major peeling on both legs and seams start to fray. Completely unacceptable Neoprene fabric quality. What has happened to Oneill? Still use a Hammer shorty for surfing that looks great after 5+years of use....,

Good concept, but fell short of expectations.
Updated Review:Well, the zipper broke. Just popped off. I started to not like the key pocket being in the front. I had a couple of keys in the pocket, resulted in a bruise. Oh well.Initial Review:Surfed with it today. Was concerned about the front zipper. Was concerned about the front key pocket. But it all worked out well. Front zipper and key pocket was not an issue. I was able to surf with it a few hours, comfortably. I kinda wish the zipper was a little more heavy duty, but it's not an issue, yet. IMO, this wetsuit isn't meant for chilly weather. It's only 2mm thick. But it is great for sun protection on warm days. Today, it was in the mid to upper 70s, but I didn't overheat in this wetsuit. Great product. I also really liked the ankle zippers.

Fits like a glove
The extra large fits my 6' 200 lb body most excellent. Love the ankle zips for removing. Returned a $40 eBay product to purchase this one. No regrets, use for Fall & Winter yakking in the PacificNW.
