Good Grip, but too soft for Indian conditions.
First of all, I got these tyres installed in my Swift VXi back in 2015 from a local store. However, the tyres are not of good quality. Cracks started appearing in two years, and later on they increased till the side wall too. Right now, i am on the verge of replacing the tyres and thought of sharing my views while i am searching for something better.Pros of B290 :Excellent grip, even in wet.Suitable for high speed drivingCons of B290 :Too soft for Indian conditionsLoses grip once cracks appear (cracks on tyres means the tyres are losing girp).Anyone with high running like 30-40,000 kms in three years or so should opt for this tyre as it offers peak performance during this time period. However, those having not so much usage and want tyres to last 5 years/40,000 kms should look elsewhere.
