I was someone who avoided caffeine for the longest time, I came across these on prime day and thought why not? maybe the energy would help me during my morning runs, the answer is yes. I cut the pills in half to make it 110mg until i build a tolerance, but even 110 for me packs one hell of a punch i get so excited and just full of energy i could explode, while i’m on them i feel the need to do pushups and i doubled the amount i could do the first time i was on it when i’m on them i can’t even stand still i have to be moving so i bet i increased my neat substantially during the high. for me, they take around 30 minutes to sometimes and hour and half to kick in which is unfortunate since i try to time it for morning runs. Overall, if you are someone who needs a caffeine kick for some kind of workout, pills are a great option, the convenience cannot be beaten

I am unable to take the recommended dose, but I am satisfied with the amount I take. It helps to perk me up and keep me going. It does not give a caffeine crash either. I would recommend this product for regular use.

These are awesome - I had stopped drinking coffee because it didn't agree with my system and my energy drink total each day was going up, which was hurting my wallet and my sugar intake, so I got these little pills instead. They feel different than drinking caffeine; they don't hit me with that same rush, but this may be because they also don't have the sugar which tends to accompany caffeinated drinks. I also have ADHD, and I know some of the other reviews have mentioned that these pills were good to help those with unmedicated ADHD to focus. That wasn't necessarily why I took these, but it's entirely possible that they did aid my focus; I took one every morning and usually one in the middle of the day and had a fairly steady state of energy and focus. (I use past-tense because during the COVID-19 quarantine I haven't been on a normal schedule, but I do take these if I need a pick-me-up towards the middle of the day). Overall a great purchase, and unbelievable value. Each pill is 220 mg, and 5 cents per. The average cup of coffee has about 100 mg of caffeine, and even making it at home, between grounds and creamer, two cups would cost more than 5 cents - let alone an energy drink, which would cost anywhere from a dollar to 4 dollars depending where you buy it, and has a comparable amount of caffeine to one pill. I also don't need to worry about things like whether or not I've eaten yet or if I can have a beverage in whatever environment I'm in - I can take one first thing when I wake up and it kicks in 15-20 minutes later. Highly recommend!

Easy to take pre workout and energy lasts for hours. Always gives me the same consistent energy boost with no random hidden ingredients. very soluble in water if you want to add it into a shake or drink to up the caffeine amount, has no flavor so works well.

I LOVED this caffeine pills. I bought them to help get me up in the morning and train for a 5k. They worked like a miracle, giving me all the energy I needed for the day and more, while also allowing me to quit coffee! Additionally, I suffer from inattention at times, so the focus it gave me was great for taking notes at university. I started with 1/2 a pill and moved to a full one with no side effects...until the dry mouth came on. Several months after taking the caffeine pills, I started to notice an intense dry mouth building day by day. I had no idea what was causing it, thinking I was just dehydrated or something. NOTHING could make the dry mouth go away! About a month in to feeling this way, I finally connected the dots. I quit these pills, got back onto coffee and the dry mouth went away. I hope no one else gets these symptoms because honestly, I miss taking these pills. I wonder sometimes if the benefits outweigh the side effect, but no. No they do not. Good luck with your purchase!

I thought these caffeine pills were great. Perfect to help you stay up for an extra shift your day might dump on you. Or to get through your day off when you couldn’t sleep the night before. Gave me enough energy to get through the day or stay for the evening shift I might have to work in the hospitality industry here in Pismo Beach. As much as you might not believe it, the hospitality industry on the central coast, San Luis Obispo county has suffered terribly from the pandemic so we are always worked extra shifts and odd hours even when we just need a little time to study for college or spend family time. Great supplement and I will buy them again. I would recommend just taking half of one, but one is enough and it doesn’t give me headaches like red Bull. I usually use all natural Guarana but this product really helps me focus

They work great. For me, they take a little longer to work than coffee, but the effect also lasts longer. It'll vary from person to person. They can be broken in half very easily with little to no crumbling. They're small and easy to swallow, even when broken in half, but definitely don't take them without water, they taste bitter, and caffeine can increase the risk of dehydration. The amount of caffeine is comparable to a canned Starbucks Tripleshot Espresso drink. I'd recommend starting with half of a pill (about 110mg) and taking a whole pill if half isn't enough. Keep in mind, the recommended maximum for a healthy adult is 400mg/day, so don't take more than two. Keep these away from pets and kids, there's over 27,000mg of caffeine in the bottle, and 10,000 is considered lethal.

It is really very effective. I have energy all day long with just 1 tablet in the morning. So much so that it takes a while to fall asleep at night. So, i prefer to take just 100mg/ half a tablet and its much better. The first time i took it i felt the same energy and drive i used to have when i was in school. Its not like modafinil though which drains you by the end of the day and you want to crash to bed. This is sustainable and better. Did not give me the jitters that prople say they do, may be overdosing does idk. You also have to consider every body is different and unique, so it may give you better or less results. Although i dont regularly use these, but only when i know i need to get things done. Definitely recommend. Finally, I'm not paid to review this, wiring this so that it might help people like me with ADHD focus better.

These pills are great, they are healthier than energy drinks and much cheaper overall. I get long lasting energy from them without the typical caffeine crash. Also much easier on the stomach than coffee.
