I was someone who avoided caffeine for the longest time, I came across these on prime day and thought why not? maybe the energy would help me during my morning runs, the answer is yes. I cut the pills in half to make it 110mg until i build a tolerance, but even 110 for me packs one hell of a punch i get so excited and just full of energy i could explode, while i’m on them i feel the need to do pushups and i doubled the amount i could do the first time i was on it when i’m on them i can’t even stand still i have to be moving so i bet i increased my neat substantially during the high. for me, they take around 30 minutes to sometimes and hour and half to kick in which is unfortunate since i try to time it for morning runs. Overall, if you are someone who needs a caffeine kick for some kind of workout, pills are a great option, the convenience cannot be beaten

I've had these on my subscribe and save for the past couple years now. We've been with the company long enough to go through a few different product package changes, so yeah, it's been a bit. My husband and I both take one daily to help kickstart our day. We have tried other brands in the past, but this is the only one that has given us the desired results without causing jitteriness, tummy aches or headaches or effecting our sleep quality. It helps provide ample energy that lasts throughout the day without any harsh side effects and is effective in what the brand states. The pills are easy to swallow and don't leave a foul taste in your mouth. The only downside I have to report is by the time we get to the bottom of the bottle, we always find a few broken pills. We will continue to keep this brand as a part of our daily regiment and on my Subscribe & Save (which makes it even cheaper)

Careful with these!! They definitely work. I take them only as necessary, and I feel almost as if I'd taken half a Ritalin!

These are awesome - I had stopped drinking coffee because it didn't agree with my system and my energy drink total each day was going up, which was hurting my wallet and my sugar intake, so I got these little pills instead. They feel different than drinking caffeine; they don't hit me with that same rush, but this may be because they also don't have the sugar which tends to accompany caffeinated drinks. I also have ADHD, and I know some of the other reviews have mentioned that these pills were good to help those with unmedicated ADHD to focus. That wasn't necessarily why I took these, but it's entirely possible that they did aid my focus; I took one every morning and usually one in the middle of the day and had a fairly steady state of energy and focus. (I use past-tense because during the COVID-19 quarantine I haven't been on a normal schedule, but I do take these if I need a pick-me-up towards the middle of the day). Overall a great purchase, and unbelievable value. Each pill is 220 mg, and 5 cents per. The average cup of coffee has about 100 mg of caffeine, and even making it at home, between grounds and creamer, two cups would cost more than 5 cents - let alone an energy drink, which would cost anywhere from a dollar to 4 dollars depending where you buy it, and has a comparable amount of caffeine to one pill. I also don't need to worry about things like whether or not I've eaten yet or if I can have a beverage in whatever environment I'm in - I can take one first thing when I wake up and it kicks in 15-20 minutes later. Highly recommend!

I LOVED this caffeine pills. I bought them to help get me up in the morning and train for a 5k. They worked like a miracle, giving me all the energy I needed for the day and more, while also allowing me to quit coffee! Additionally, I suffer from inattention at times, so the focus it gave me was great for taking notes at university. I started with 1/2 a pill and moved to a full one with no side effects...until the dry mouth came on. Several months after taking the caffeine pills, I started to notice an intense dry mouth building day by day. I had no idea what was causing it, thinking I was just dehydrated or something. NOTHING could make the dry mouth go away! About a month in to feeling this way, I finally connected the dots. I quit these pills, got back onto coffee and the dry mouth went away. I hope no one else gets these symptoms because honestly, I miss taking these pills. I wonder sometimes if the benefits outweigh the side effect, but no. No they do not. Good luck with your purchase!

These pills are great, they are healthier than energy drinks and much cheaper overall. I get long lasting energy from them without the typical caffeine crash. Also much easier on the stomach than coffee.

Please read my review I brought this product two months back and I doubted on it's authenticity coz after I consume one tab of it even after 2 hours I didn't feel any effect but when I'm going to sleep it's very difficult for me to sleep probably due to this product . Generally I sleep around 10 pm or even before that but those days when I took this caffeine I found it very difficult to sleep coz of it's effectiveness ......... So now I noticed clearly that this product works most after 4-5 hours of consumption and effective for more than 12 hours. My weight is 84 kgs and I train at gym from 4-6 pm so after I noticed the time of effectiveness of this product I take it before 12 noon so that's it helps me the most during my workout session and again didn't affect my sleeping time . One more thing is people became caffeine resistance after taking regularly so make sure that you take it occasionally and preferably on those training days in which you found less interest to workout like leg days or shoulder days then you will get max efficiency of it......... Also if you weigh less than 70 kg than I also suggest that mix half of the caffeine tab in water and take it as it is sufficient to produce the desirable effect nicely for 4-5 hours coz the half life of caffeine in blood is 4-6 hours.
