This was purchased for a friend who is a tattoo artist and just want to try a pen.She has been tattooing for 16 years.So has not put under a long session as of yet.She says cartridges fit fine. No issuesMotor runs fine so far for 30 to 45 min small tattoos. She has run lines with it and says it take a little bit to get used to compared to a coil machine Since the pen does not have the weight of the coola and Frame resting on the top of her handShe says it does well for color blending and whip shading. I will update if I hear anything about motor issuesCame in nice box. Simple power supply that has a momentary switch and a foot pedalIf you push the voltage dail it will keep the machine running and bypass the foot pedal.Solid frame. Descent RCA Clip cord.

I love this pen! So much better than the solong pen. Easy to install and use. I’ve only been tattooing for a week and have created dope work.

Love the gun but thought this would be a great deal because of the random 100 cartridges.... it's not random got 5 types 2 boxes each 8 liners and 2 shaders. 10 boxes should be 10 different types and at least one Magnum shader if not for the gun that makes this a great deal still. Solong at least sends random box's and or you can tell them the sizes you want. Dragonhalk is my go-to for rotary tattoo equipment next time I will buy off their website it's 10$ more for shipping but you can pick the needles.Iast thing on the box set with the 100 needles is the only place you have posted 12v from what I know even 3v extra greatly diminishes the life of these guns motors you should fix that.

I bought one of these and used it non stop for two weeks. The machine runs flawlessly. It runs Super smooth without any hiccups, The RCA connector is a fantastic addition over the small connectors on the Hawk styled machines. It’s a much more positive connection.I have big hands so the longer grip feels great in the hand as well.I like this machine so much that I bought a second one and have become my full time daily machines.Surprising Unbelievable quality for the price.

I absolutely was astounded by the price point on this product with all the cartridges. Amazing buy. The cartridges alone are worth the $. The machine itself laid down an amazing 2 quick cover up tattoos and then it stopped working. I own 4 other machines from the same company I've never had this happen before so I'm not taking away any stars (I have over 300 hours on one of their previous models that has had a spring replaced by me and lubricated that's it and is going strong) I think the machine I got was probably just a dud. Still love the company love the product.

Kept loosing connection only used for a few seconds
