Great alternative to real stainless steel
I purchased this stainless steel contact paper to update my appliances and countertops without the high cost of real stainless steel. The adhesive is strong and it was easy to apply. The silver brush finish gives a sleek and modern look to my kitchen. It's also waterproof and easy to clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

Great Product! Highly Recommend!
I bought this to cover the front of an old almond color dish washer so it would match my other stainless steel appliances. It was easy to apply and no problem sticking to the surface. Looks great!

Solid wrap! Similar to the stainless but more reflective
For what this is it is great. I’m sure there are other products that look more like stainless but this did the job for me. $22 and I had the felt covered squeegee for install. If you can get your self one as it helped get rid of the air bubbles. Cutting was interesting but I took my time. The exacto knife would really grab as it is not like normal vinyl. Not really stretchy. I didn’t use heat as I was just trying to upgrade the look of my dish washer with out spending the money on a new stainless steel model. Texture is good. But like the title says it does look more chrome when you first see it rolled up. Once I applied it did have more of a stainless look. I first installed and the lines were vertical. I removed and replaced and used the line horizontal and to me I think it looks better.

I Love This! ~Easy to Use~ EXACTLY what I was hoping for
Saw the idea on pinterest about "upgrading" your old ugly appliances with contact paper. It was easy to pop out the decorative appliance panel without any tools. It would be frustrating to apply the contact paper to the appliance without removing the panel, but still doable.I removed each decorative panel, cleaned it off with a bleach wipe and let it air dry. I lined up the corner of the contact paper with a corner of the panel and used a credit card to wipe towards the roll to keep air bubbles from forming. The contact paper is thicker than typical paper and it was easy to keep bubbles from forming.Note: Another reviewer commented that it needs to be rolled from top to bottom, rather than left to right for wider appliances. I agree. This roll is slightly wider than my dishwasher panel so I was able to roll from top to bottom and the stainless steel pattern looks like the real thing. I could not be more pleased with the results! I highly recommend this particular item for a quick "upgrade" to old ugly appliances.

It works!
Worked great! I am gunna say I do not have the patients to wrapped anything bigger. It does bubble so easy and is hard to put on cause it was rolled up but it made it look so much better! Held up great so far! And no one no knows I didn't buy a new dishwasher to fit my new kitchen

It’s pretty good!
I just bought my first home and after spending a bit to replace several other appliances, I decided the dishwasher could wait. I figured I’d at least try to update the dishwasher to match everything else and gave this a whirl after seeing some diy videos. I first tried working from top to bottom (wrong move) and it creased pretty badly. Usually you can work it the bubbles but this stuff IS STICKY. The more I tried to work the bubbles out the more it creased. I scrapped after about 4” and started over but this time started from a corner and worked outward little sections at a time. Then it worked like a dream. It is a little shinier than the other appliances but because they aren’t right next to each other you can’t really tell. Not to shabby and my friends are impressed!

Don't waste your money and time
First off you have to be a magician to lay this down smooth with no bubbles. And then you have to perform a miracle to get the bubbles out. I used a flexible but firm plastic window film applicator to smooth out the bubbles. Good luck with that. The bubbles remain and the film gets all scratched. Then I decided to try it with a cotton towel wrapped around it. It still scratched the film. I started over on the back side of the panel I was installing on and made sure to be extra careful and roll the film tightly in the the panel as I rolled off the liner. Still tons of bubbles that you can't squeegee out. And of course the scratching of the film as you try to get the bubbles out. This was a waste of money and time. I bought a $9 can of Rust-Oleum metallic aluminum oil paint and it came out way better. I really wish I could get a refund but I used most of the roll trying to get it to work. Oh and the people that say you can pull it up and reposition, sure but you kink and stretch the film. This product needs to be thicker. Cheap junk

Looks great!
I debated between a panel that had to be cut to size or this type of cover.I'm really glad I chose this. I read a lot of reviews and this one had more good than bad.I used it on our dishwasher (see pic). First I cleaned it really well. Then I measured and gave myself and extra inch (length). I took someones advice and had a squeegee ready, but didn't need it. I used a micro fiber cloth to smooth it instead. I had no problems with air bubbles or wrinkles. I went slowly and it worked just fine.I put strips on the sides also. One piece of advice if you do the sides... have the front piece overlap a little on the sides so when you do the sides it covers better.
