I plan to use these in the freezer. Can they be closed for freezer use or do they have to remain open?

If the sliders cannot be boiled how do you use these for sous vide cooking. If I take the clip off will the bags stay sealed?

I only use them for food storage. I don’t think they would stay closed without the sliders. Have you tried contacting the seller with this question?

Are these hard to close/open?

Yes.... They can be extremely difficult to open and close... So much so that I no longer try to use them... Very frustrating.. In being fair, I never contacted the company... They are very thick and will definitely seal whatever you put in them.. but they are very hard to slide open and closed... I thought about maybe putting a little oil on them to make them slide easier but then worried about bacteria so I didn't do that... I hope I helped

Are these microwave safe as well?

I’m fairly certain they are not. Great for the freezer though.
