Satisfactory printer at a sensible price
What I liked best about this printer was its ease of installation. It comes with an installation CD, which I find preferable to having to download drivers or other software from the web. Prior to this I had an HP printer which defied all my efforts to install it using a downloaded driver (even on several computers using different op systems). No such problem with Epsom, and the print quality is good, scanner gives good results.

Good printer, does the job
Everything works, as it should, however, if you have to set up another WiFi network, resetting the printer do it can connect to the new network can be tricky, the old network settings cam be difficult to reset, in such instance, factory reset all settings, then introduce the printer to your new network and it should discover it, and you will be printing in no time

It's ok, quite nice and neat looking
Nice little printer but I had some problems with setting it up. It does have instructions amongst the paperwork but I ended up watching a YouTube video which was a lot more helpful. It also has problems printing from Gmail via my Android phone - so far I haven't managed to solve this, however I am not particularly tech minded so it's possible that others will find it easier

Avoid Avoid Avoid!! Absolute Scam!!
The setting up and usability of the printer is ridiculously difficult and unstable. There are issues with intermittent connection when ink is running low. You cannot print in even black and white if ANY of the 4 colours are running low. Meaning you are constantly buying either the colour and black ink cartridges.I printed around 10 pages of black and white on 2-3 occasions and the black cartridge is already around half supply.I have bought 2 sets of each colour cartridge and about 5 XL black cartridges and they seem to run out on a constant basis even though I rarely print anything, only required legal documents on the odd occasion.A new XL cartridge manages max 100 or so pages instead of the quoted approximate 500 pages. Colour cartridges seem to run out even quicker, only lasting a few moderate uses.I do not understand how Epson is getting away with this. I will be replacing this printer asap.I recommend to look elsewhere as this is a VERY costly printer to maintain as well as having numerous connectivity issues.

My previous Epsom printer lasted 7 years!
It's the current model of the printer I used to have and there is more creative software included. I have always bought Epsom because of the quality and engineering that goes into them. The price is amazing as well!

Great little printer.......but.......
was a real pain to install, followed the instruction to the letter but could not get it to work successfully. dug into the net for answers, Epson website not very good, eventually found that it will not allow you to print from a device connected to the 5ghz side of the network. my laptop was on this and printer only connects to 2.4ghz side. Will need update to fix this, in the mean time I found that if I put the printer in the room with one of mt wifi extender units in it will connect to my laptop ok

Great for those who just want to scan/photocopy and print easily at home
Not easy to read instruction, a lot of trial and error as I'm used to the large office ones. This one is bluetooth so you can print from your phone or laptop. Just make sure you buy the XL cartridges as the ones it comes with literally work on a handful of pages and starts to run out.

Endless connectivity problems
Bought this printer in January. Once we figured out how to install it (came with no installation instructions, just a CD rom but I don't have a CD drive these days) it worked fine for the first 2-3 weeks. Since then it has been a nightmare with endless wifi connectivity issues. Lights on the printer indicate fine and connected, laptop or any other device says its offline and/or in error state. Sometimes a full reset of everything cures it again for a few days, but not always, but the same issue always returns within a week, it is really unreliable and when I've needed to print things urgently it seems to almost always let me down. When I call Epson for support the wait time is usually 30-40 mins minimum. Unless you want to spend more time trying to make it work than actually printing things don't buy this printer.

Defective
This company has sold me a defective printer. They gave me the runaround on authorising a return. I had to go through Epson to prove it was defective because since I opened it they wouldn’t be able to sell it as new, their words to me, I have email proof. Now after getting acknowledgment from Epson the the printer doesn’t work and is defective this company expects me to pay return postage on a defective item they sold. They are breaking Australian Consumer law with their “in house policy” on returns. It’s unacceptable and I will be going to Fair Trace about their illegal activity.

Excellent value for money.
Love this printer. Compact, easy step by step instructions to install. Love the remote printing capability.

Not a helpful sender
The printer doesn't work at all and when we contact the sender he didn't try to help regarding that matter . The printer shows the cartilage is empty when we mention this issue to the seller he didn't reply any more.

Compact printer but difficult to setup and use
I'm by no means a tech novice, nor am I an expert, but this printer was very difficult to setup and use.We have had it for over six months; this morning after changing no settings it wouldn't connect to anything and after half an hour I still haven't figured out how to get it working. When it did work the process of printing is cumbersome and the mobile app is poorly designed. The security settings of my work laptop won't let me install the Epson print driver so I can't print over WiFi and I don't have the connecting cables. I'm sending documents to my mobile to print through the clunky app.I wish I had looked closer to see if it was Apple AirPrint enabled (it isn't).

Nice buy with a catch
I do like the printer. It is not that frugal on the ink.Just disappointed that I need to pay a subscription of $80 per year to use all the functionality from the EPSON app! This should be made clear before buying.
