The Unemployed Philosophers Alchemy Bag - 9" Canvas Zipper Alchemist Themed Pouch for Pencils, Tools, Cosmetics, Toiletries and More

I bought two of these: the Jane Austen print and the Alchemy print. The colors and prints matched the photos on Amazon. Both are very cute and well made. Fabric is heavy, untreated (meaning no coating such as wax or plastic) cotton canvas. Zipper is sturdy and well sewn in. Each pouch also has a small, card-size pocket sewn into the interior. An endless number of things could be kept in these pouches but I happen to be using mine for crochet hooks, stitch markers, and other notions and they work very well for that purpose. I bought mine to keep but they would definitely make very good gifts. The hang tag for each bag is attached by a metal ball chain and the accompanying card is themed to match, which is a nice touch and really adds to the giftable quality. No weird odors from fabric or print ink either. Great bags for anyone. I love them so much I might buy another one!

Not only can this hold a pocket size notebook and pens, but it also has a small pocket on the inside - perfect for sharpeners, erasers, extra lead or other small items. Pattern is lovely vintage feel with lots of "magical" vibes. Love the contrasting color canvas over the zipper ends - extra protection and looks good!Only thing is that the canvas is very floppy and the pouch does not stand up on its own very well.

Study, well made and great size to fit into purse for any number of things that need their own organizer. Would order again as a gift.

I bought this for all of my pens, marks, and highlighters I use for budgeting. Perfect size, sturdy, and worth the price. It would be good for makeup, traveling, or just keeping things together in your bag or purse.

Bought this little bag for pencils/highlighters/school supplies, and expected a basic little bag with a cool print. The bag appears much sturdier and of higher quality than I expect, and is lined with canvas and even has a little sewn in pocket! I bought this and liked it so much, I went to the Unemployed Philosophers Guild site and shopped a bit more. Highly recommend.
