Product is good but Amazon OTP idea is really useless and just annoying. They can send the password earlier. What is the point in sending the password just before delivery especially if the item is sent as a gift and the sender is in a different timezone. Also what is the point of securing a face creme. Who will steal an anti-age creme. OTP for delivery was surely an idea that lacked any vision but done for the sale of doing something in the name of useless customer obsession in a company that you can‘t give a feedback but make you, the customer, give feedback to their other customers the seller.
