Kit had china chip in place of Honeywell chip.

Clone but ok
If you're not particular about it being a clone, then it's ok, it's a QMC version not honeywell original but works ok, using on flight controller. Works on 5v. will update if any erratic output happen in future. Rating high for very fast delivery by seller.

This isn't a hmc5883 chip. It's a qmc5883 chip.

This is actually QMC5883 not original HMC5883LThe chip is different and values are unstable.The original will have L883 CHIP.THEY have sold equivalent stuff. Not good.
