Is this thick or thin metal film?

It's safe to assume they are thick film. Thin film are much more precise/accurate and have much better temperature coefficients, and therefore tend to be much more expensive. If you actually need the precision afforded by thin film resistors, you probably shouldn't be buying mixed packs of resistors (or unknown origin) off Amazon.
