Its not released til Nov BUT you do use the drum and sticks - like guitar hero, only a tiny drum. You can also use it with motion comtrol

You can set the language to English, I believe it asks you when you first play the game to set up the drum and everything.

The answer to this is yes as I have the import version.... my question is... can 4?
