Damaged top that was not sealed.
The jar I received had a damaged top that was not sealed and did not "pop" when opened. I did not even try it. The item I received was not fit for consumption, freshness could not be guaranteed. I would have been open to trying another jar, but replacement was not an option.

First Time
This was my first time trying caviar. It was buttery, salty, and smooth. I enjoyed it. It was well packaged with ice packs to keep it cold (I live in Texas); it arrived ahead of schedule, and I'm quite pleased.
