I have a kitten and a puppy and I got these for both after the vet recommended chews. They both love the taste and go crazy for them. No fleas yet, 1 month later!

Not sure about the flea previative. As I use it with a flea preventative, but it also has good things in it. For your dog, it's got megas and vitamins. I believe it is a good product. I have no issues with fleas or ticks. And I give it to my senior Chihuahua to help with their Coats and joints.

This has been a great success. My dog - a short-haired staff / bull terrier cross - loves them and her coat is in superb condition; I'm quite happy about agreeing that these chews have contributed to her wellbeing. I use them as reward treats with good results - two birds with one stone, so to speak. They're pleasant and easy to handle and although Polly has a history at times of itchy skin and "dandruff" it's been almost entirely absent while she's been having these chews. I don't think that the chews alone would be effective in a case of flea infestation but it seems reasonable to think that - if it deters the occasional opportunist flea / insect - it may make an infestation less likely.
