This brand works
I've used them all. Metamucil, etc. This product works. It is easy to mix and easy to drink. Does not jellify in the glass quickly like some of the others. A good buy!!

Good Stuff
This stuff tastes great and it's less filling! Lol. Seriously, it does taste really good and it does a fairly decent job of keeping me regular. The price seems competitive when I purchase the larger canister. I've been using this same brand for several years and I'm pleased with it.

Better value than name brand
This was my choice to save money on a product I needed. It performs well, probably as good as most. I wish it had a bit more Orange flavor, but I add sugar free fruit punch and drink it- it helps. I'd buy again.

Works really well.
Works like a charm. No cramps or loose stools. Flavour has a little sweetness to it. I add it to any food with no problem. Extremely fine powder. Huge container for the price. Will stick with this for sure. Have tried many and this works just as well if not better than many of the really expensive ones.

Beware: this was old product.
This is good quality fiber, it's just as effective as the name brand Metamucil. However, I would not recommend buying it from Amazon because mine was 3 months from being expired so it's at least a year old. I would get it from Walmart so it's fresh.
