Will these fit on non "hella" lights?

Covers are NOT likely to fit anything they were not intended for Mainly due to the lens radius. I have tried a few and none were the same.

Will these for my hella 8 3/4 inch diameter round lights?

No, they are for the smaller Hella lights, They were to small for my 7"

can the covers that come with the lamps go over these grille covers?

You cant put both! You have to put one at a time ! You have to take the grills out in order to put the cover on!
