I was considering doing a chemical peel but was too chicken. I began reviewing and researching. Found this item and it seemed to target a lot of areas I was concerned with, age spots, pores, etc., Figured it will either work or I will be wasting my money. It arrived and upon first use I noticed some neat things. First the pads have a slight notch to make it easier to pick up. Next they are textured allowing you to be a little bit more aggressive in areas, like around the nose and chin, then the smooth side for under the delicate eye area, so not to tug and pull too much. I decided to use at night, and the first evening noticed a bit of stinging, so I knew it was working. Not too uncomfortable, but I did rinse after about three minutes. Did every other night and noticed by skin was not stinging as much. After about my first week and a half my best friend noted that I looked so fresh! I was noticing things too. My ridge of small bumps under my skin in the cheek area were gone. My pores were not as noticeable, and my skin texture appeared to look a bit more softer, new, if that makes any sense. I did not take before pics, (wished I had) because honestly, I was expecting this item to not work. Now my face is looking refreshed and brighter and I am so thankful I did take a chance with these pads. I tend to be more dry in my skin so I do use a wonderful oil on my skin after I rinse this product off too, to keep it fresh and soft. I believe that using this item in combination with my skin care moisturizers has been a game changer. I even stopped wearing my powder and foundation, for now. I'm beyond pleased and will be keeping this item, and considering others in the line now for sure, in stock! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I am pretty lazy when it comes to beauty stuff. I don't like to spend a ton of time on it. For some weird reason, I absolutely hate washing my face in the evening. I only wear concealer, blush and eye makeup so it's not like I have a whole face of foundation to wash off. These little pads are great. I take off my eye makeup and then use the pads to "wash" my face. It definitely picks up the makeup as I see it on the pad afterwards. As an added bonus, I get the benefit of 20% glycolic acid on my face for wrinkle control or whatever (I was using retinol cream before but switched to these when I became pregnant 8 months ago). I had considered trying the glycolic acid peel but, knowing myself, I decided to go with these pads instead and am glad I did since the peel would probably be more work and require washing my face. The pads have a nice strong concentration of glycolic acid and require almost no work to use. I don't find I need to moisturize afterwards with this as it leaves my skin feeling hydrated. Sometimes I will follow up with a serum and a light moisturizer. The pads are very wet and saturated with product so I sometimes find it hard to use the whole pad. For this reason, I often use it on my neck and chest area. It will sometimes cause itching and redness in those areas especially if exposed to the sun so be careful with that. I have pretty thick skin in general and got very little irritation from this but some people may need to take it easy while their skin gets used to it. My skin looks pretty good for a 42 year old woman. I have strangers asking me about it from time to time. I am not sure if it's genetics or this product is helping but it doesn't hurt. PS: I also really love the 10% Glycolic Acid face wash by this brand. However, I did not like the lotion at all. It had a weird texture.

I have been using these since August. I am in my early 40s and have started noticing dullness, dryness, and large pores starting to show on my face. I researched some products and wanted to try a Glycolic product to help exfoliate and refresh my skin. Initially, I made the mistake of using this product and not using sunscreen the next day. It was a sunny, hot, late summer day. Well, when they say this product makes you more sensitive to the sun, they are not joking. I got a rash all over my face that burned for 2 weeks. But, this was clearly my fault. I had been warned and didn't listen. I then waited another month to try this product again. I started slowly this time and did it once per week as I wanted to avoid another reaction. After 4 weeks, I moved up to twice a week. I have been seeing some nice results. My skin has a nice glow and looks smoother. My pores definitely look smaller as well. I plan on slowing increasing my usage to every other night to maximize the results. I will try to post an update after 6 months of use.

The TOUCH 20% Glycolic Acid Pads are fantastic! They work effectively to exfoliate and resurface the skin helping with dullness, uneven texture, and those fine lines. Easy to use and I’ve noticed my skin looking brighter and smoother. A great addition to any skincare routine!

I used this product three times every other nights per instruction. I didn’t feel any discomfort nor tingling. After a week, my face was becoming red and peeling. I thought it was normal. Then the next day, my upper eyelid and under eye area were swollen. I have never had any cosmetic nor skincare allergy in my lifetime ( 49 this year). I just want to post the reviews for others to see it. It may not be suitable for all. Update after 9 days - Actually this product works, my face is getting brighter and smoother after 9 days and less redness and peeling. I deduct 2 stars due to insufficient instruction.

I love these pads. Perfect for my skin. Leaves it clear, smooth and radiant. The only thing I dislike about them they are not in stock enough by Amazon. Dunno guess they sell out quickly.
