My dad & uncles always had this soap around so it was passed down as the go to work soap & even worked for stains on clothing. I use to drive 50 minutes to buy this soap for my home, parents home & both my boys homes but they quit carrying it so I went o line & found it on Amazon at the best price possible. I will continue to buy this soap & have handed it down to both my sons & even my 16 yr old grandson uses it now after working outside or on his 4 wheeler.

My kitchen is never without Lava bar soap. It’s the absolute best for really getting your hands clean, whether you have minced parsley under your fingernails or garden dirt mashed into your cuticles. It cleans like nothing else. It’s been a consistently superior product since I first used it in my mom’s kitchen decades ago. You know what you’re getting and it always delivers. And no perfumey smell!

As good as I remembered from my childhood. LAVA Soap does what it is supposed to do...clean your hands, and does it well. Much better than most pump-bottle hand-soaps. Not only does it clean very well, but it leaves your skin feeling soft with a very light scent. These days I’m carefully washing my hands multiple times a day and I believe (tho I’m not a doctor) that LAVA leaves them sanitized too.

I got heavy duty adhesive all over my hands one time and I was starting to freak out! Luckily, after buying 24 of these I had LAVA soap all over the house. It was able to clean of the adhesive without leaving any behind and as always, leaving my hands feeling squeaky clean. i love this soap and I'll definitely be buying more once I exhaust my current supple. As for the size, they're not huge but are adequate for normal use.

My husband works on engines and his hands are always nasty looking. He said he wanted Lava soap which when I was younger was available in grocery stores. I ordered this for him and his hands actually look clean for the first time in years. I would highly recommend this product.
