Great product.

I ordered this mask in 2021 and it is still delivering! I mainly use the eye mask for puffiness around my eyes and it makes a difference. I have had no problems with durability or lack of effectiveness over the years and it looks like it did when I first purchased. I keep mine in the bag in the freezer.

and it does mold to your face even when it's frozen so if you're looking for an eye mask and you're confused because there are about 36 of them on Ebay alone, let my trial and error of these masks (and I tried probably about 7-8 of them at all different prices) help you decide. So yes this one will NOT break like some of them do the second you adjust them and yes it does mold to your face, the only problem I had was that it was slightly too big for my face and the part underneath it (where it's shaped to fit your nose) was cut too high up (again for my face) so I felt like I kept on pulling it down and then up trying to adjust it. I prefer the ones that don't have such a drastic cut and form more naturally above the nose. My favorite one as far as fit and adherence to the shape of my face is Cala Spa Solutions. That one is durable too and I've had it a long time without any problems. I also like the pink one on Ebay (I think it might be Lot Fancy though the seller doesn't name it on their page). I don't know if I'm allowed to mention seller names on here so if you contact me I'll tell you. It's like a thick, pink one for 8.99 I believe, and it forms to your face perfectly. Since it's thick, it stays cold a LONG time if that's an issue you have with these masks. One problem you have to be gentle with it. I broke mine by washing it in soap and water so I'd recommend using one of those disinfectant wipes. I did get a new one for free once but unfortunately I broke the second one too. So those are the two I'd recommend, but this one is probably the highest quality and durability. If it fit better I would use it.

I used this a few times now, and I love it. I've only used it for cold therapy, but I use it both for migraines and for depuffing my eyes, either at the beginning of a day, at the end, or after a shower. I like how the strap is adjustable, and there are two different sides for your preferred temperature. My personal favorite way to use it is to use the cold side, with a tissue between me and the mask. The bag it comes with is also super helpful. It keeps the mask from smelling like a freezer when you take it out of the freezer. Also, the packaging was so cute, I felt like I ordered something from Etsy or a resale marketplace. Overall, would recommend!

I recently had eye lid surgery and needed to ice my eyes for several days. This eye mask was comfortable and easy to use.

Freezes well, fits finely, is very lightweight, wipes off easily, is wonderfully flexible, and effective against my sinus and swelling pain. I've not tried it in the microwave. I'd recommend this mask highly as it was a bargain for the cost.

The product is as described, so no complaint there. The main reason for the 3 star rating is it just does not even start off cold enough for me. I have a different brand that, like this one, does not stay cold nearly as long as I would like, but seems to start out colder (or maybe it is just bigger and form fits my head better). Whatever the reason I prefer the bigger and more form fitting one even though it is a higher price. But, this one is less expensive, and maybe is OK for some people. I just don;t think it is great for me.

Helps with sleep

Cheap but great quality, and love that it came with a bag to store it in when you put it in the freezer so it's not impacted by anything else you've got stored in there. Also...my 7 year old pretended he had a headache just so he could wear it, so that's something.

Good product. Very useful in assisting those with medical issues.

It makes me one or other, but may make you both. Looking and feeling cool seems a bit of a stretch, but comfort is king with this one. It works.
