Listen when I say that Dr Dan’s is the only beneficial lip balm out there (at least that I’ve discovered). It may not be trendy or viral, but it WORKS. It is an amazing value for a pack of 3, especially considering the quality of each little tube. They may seem unassuming, but this is the only lip balm that truly heals cracked, dry, painful lips and sores. There is no tingling, flavors, scents, or gimmicks. Just roll it on and let it do its thing. I prefer to roll on a layer before bed, then top it off with a layer of Aquaphor to really seal it in. By the morning, my chapped lips are significantly better. I have even seen Dr Dans quickly heal cold sores.So many other lip products just irritate or crest more dryness. They may be fine in moderation, but I always return to Dr Dans for real results and relief.

My dermatologist recommended this brand. I had a mysterious issue with my lips that he didn't even know what it was - splitting, bloody, chapped, and sire. He said he'd never seen it before. So, I got this brand and it went away! I am completely healed! And it hurts so much! I held off for a couple years because of the expense and also I used the Cortibalm first, so I wasn't sure if I should use it, since it has a steroid in it. Well, both works better than Chapstick. I no longer feel I need to use lipstick, which I hated to wear at home. I told my doctor only dark lipstick seems to heal my lips and he didn't know how it was possible. Believe me, I am not a fan of wearing lipstick at home! Dr. Dan's Maintain is better than all other lip balms on the market - all of them. I have tried every single one of them. The reason is is because it stays on the lips. It doesn't dry out or leave the lips. You don't even want to lick it off. It is amazing. I just wish the SPF one was available for outdoor use, so I use it in conjunction with SPF. This stuff should be sold nationwide.

Dr. Dan’s CortiBalm lip balm was highly recommended by my dermatologist & staff. I tried the free samples of the lip balm; it tremendously helped to relieve & heal my chapped dry lips that’s attributable with my Sjogren’s Autoimmune diagnosis. I’ve tried other nat’l brands of lip balms of which seriously pale in comparison to Dr. Dan’s CortiBalm & his other aftercare products. Dr. Dan’s lip balm is very pliable, goes on smoothly, & it is quite soothing. I’m a convert! Thank you Dr. Dan & everyone involved in creating this most helpful & effective product! ;-D. This lip balm works great and lasts long. Much better than most. But the price has almost doubled over the last 3-4 years. Not good.

The only chapstick that doesn’t irritate my lips!!!! Works wonders. Stays on and really locks in moisture. Good for sensitive lips.

This is such a great option after stopping the cortibalm but still needing some extra moisture. Goes on super smoothly and has the same thick texture the cortibalm does.

This is a very “thick” but matte lip balm. I live in Minnesota and the struggle to keep lips moisturized in the extreme cold and dry climate most of the year is real. We all walk around looking chapped and dry. Drugstore stuff doesn’t cut it. I’ve found some good ones but this is the best I’ve found in a convenient tube. Others are in a jar and sometimes it’s just not hygienic to reach in and rub your fingers all over your lips. Pretty much anytime in public, I don’t want to put my fingers all over my lips and then spread my mouth germs on everything. So this one wins as best because it works, and it’s hygienic. We order it in multipacks and keep a few in on hand so we don’t run out. My husband says it’s ruined all other lip balm for him because none of the others work as well lol. It’s also a plus that it’s matte, especially for him, he doesn’t like to look like he’s wearing lip gloss. Great stuff. We’ve ordered many times and the version with cortisone is good if you have allergies. Cortisone shouldn’t be used for extended periods because it can thin skin and damage collagen if used excessively for lengthy periods so I only use it when allergies are bad and then use this the rest of the time. The textures are the same between the two. Oh! This has no scent and no flavor. I do notice a sort of chemical taste when I use the cortibalm version but...it is cortisone so I’m not expecting it to taste great. The natural kind is tasteless and odorless.
