Plastic handles are OK but not robust for heavy use.

I exclusively use these for my chinese diesel heater(slivel brand) for my rooftop tent. They make setting up the heater that much easier and faster without the need for tools, and the plastic holds up well to winter weather without cracking or breaking. For the price, you can't beat them and larger worm gear style clamps cost about the same, making the purchase a no brainer.

Price is great and the product is sturdy. I was concerned when I read a prior review stating they weren't happy with the thumb screws. They are sturdy and works just fine, as does the entire product. Wide open the diameter is 3.5 inches, and can be tightened all the way to 2.5 inches.

Quite expensive for what is basically just a couple of cheap hose clamps with a plastic key attached. With that said, you pay for convenience and these fit the bill. I keep a couple of spares in the tool box because when I'm pulling into a park late at night and find a leak it's a quick and easy fix.

What can I say, they are 3" hose clamps and work well. Convenient to use since you don't need to have a tool handy to tighten and loosen them.I have a couple sets for my diesel heater setup.
