I'm not a professional by any means, and iv never refinished a floor before but it turned out really nice and the finish came out even.

There is NO POLE!
The description is Very Deceiving...It says that it comes with a 'handle', which makes people believe that it comes with the pole needed to use the tool, but it does not.The pole has to be ordered separately. We needed it immediately, so I just taped it to a broom handle so that I could get the job done.

This works like a gem for water-based polyurethane
Used to to resurface a wood floor using water-based polyurethane (Minwax) and it spread the product perfectly with no effort…and no streaks. Definitely would buy again

Used this to apply impregnator/sealer to travertine tile. Made the job much easier.
