After struggling to assemble a cart that had screws where a standard screwdriver could not easily reach, bought this flexible screwdriver. The screwdriver is self-contained. You cannot use it with a separate manual or power driver. The shaft is very stiff and takes some muscle to bend I could not achieve more than a 90 degree bend with it. You definitely need to use one hand to hold the driver bit against the screw. It uses standard driver bits and comes with a small adapter to use it with small sockets. All bits are held in place very securely with a locking bit holder.Overall, this is a handy, inexpensive tool to have around. I wish I had it while trying to assemble that cart.

A most handsome screwdriver with a flexible shaft that is not too flaccid. The long reach flexible shaft makes it a most handsome tool to reach those not so handsome hard to reach fasteners.....With minimal foul language I might add....It really puts the cream in the dream if you know what i mean.....

I was going to use this flexible screwdriver as a tool i was needing in order to replace the mode door actuator on my 2010 Buick Enclave, the actuator is in a very difficult position and even though the actual installation of the actuator is fairly easy it's actually being able to get to the torx screws and remove them that are by far the most difficult challenge (3 screws) ultimately I tried using this "flexible screwdriver", but it wasn't as flexible as I was expecting and ultimately I ended up having to use another tool, i have no doubt that I will be using this tool for other projects in the future, but for this project it was basically useless, I guess I was expecting to be able to bend it in a certain way to exactly the the position I needed it to be in and I was expecting that it would stay, but instead you basically have to use 1 hand to bend it and the other hand to use the screwdriver for tightening or loosening, so I have to say I was dissapointed to find out that it was not going to do what i expected from the video i watched and everything I read, it takes a special kind of tool to get to these screws and this was not it

Tested the magnets on long shank drivers, rounded and hex. Used square, torx and phillips.The magnet stays on when spinning.Even 4-inch screws stuck to the tip, but only when not spinning.
