I bought this for a friend as a present and she was delighted! She loved the rose gold color and the way it feels on her finger. The size 8 fit perfect, she says it’s lightweight and very comfortable. Most of all she loves the fitness and health tracking. She’s able to do through the app on her phone. It’s a good quality product at a great price and I highly recommend.

EDIT: I've switched my rating to one star. The ring is grossly inaccurate. I've been suspecting that over the past few days as it seemed to record an extraordinary number of steps. This morning, it recorded 100 steps while I was simply standing at the sink drying my hair, not moving my feet at all. In addition, while I was awake several times in the night last night (and up and moving) it did not record any awake time. Would not recommend this ring at all. While the ring is comfortable, easy to install and has a nice method of recharging, I'm having issues with the accuracy. Specifically the accuracy of the step counter, which makes me question the accuracy of the other measurements. I have even increased my stride length beyond the recommended to see if that would help but it appears to have no effect. In addition, it does not seem to be recording my wake times at night. I know for certain I have been awake for 30 minutes or more, moving around and reading, in the middle of the night and it did not record that. For example, within the first hour this morning, while I was simply walking around my house, it had my step count up to 2,000 steps. That is clearly excessive - I live in a smallish house on one floor, the bathroom within a few steps of the bedroom and the kitchen not far away. I may end up returning this ring since I can't be certain of it's accuracy on any of the parameters.

For the price this is a great ring. Seems accurate for tracking sleep. Not as accurate for step count compared to Apple Watch. Easier to wear to bed and charge lasts much longer than watch. BP technology is not accurate yet, across devices. Did not come with adequate instructions and QR link did not work but it was mostly intuitive.

It’s a really pretty ring. It’s sleek and more expensive looking than it was. However, it’s more of a disposable ring. It stopped working 3 months in. I was super happy with the tracking and connectivity and how easy it is to set up and use. But , it just stopped working. Its so disappointing

I ordered this for myself and this looks like a real gold band. Very cool ring which keeps track of my steps, sleep pattern, heart beat. I charge it once and its good for one full day.
