I bought the two bands for my physio sessions post hip replacement surgery. They do a good job and are just what I needed.

These bands are quite pricey when bought individually so to buy 5 for around £5.50 a band was a bargain price. I use mine frequently for home workouts and these have a great range of resistances from one which is reasonably light to the extra heavy silver band.They are colour coded slightly differently from some other bands that I have bought and I wasn't sure what resistance level the pink band would be as I have other bands that are red, green, blue, black and silver but you just try them out when you have received them. Lighter bands are also available.However, and it’s a big however, the quality of the ones which I bought is not good. I split my time between the UK and abroad so have only used these for 10 weeks in total when home and within 9 weeks two of them had snapped which I would not expect after such a short time. This has turned what I thought was a very cost effective purchase into a very pricey one.I do expect these to occasionally snap and have not used these any differently than I have other exercise bands.My advice is to avoid these bands.

I found the smell of the band really unpleasant. Tried washing it, airing it, gave it time. Six months on, it's no less pongy, so off to the charity shop it goes.

Les élastiques sont vraiment de très bonne qualité et la résistance. C’est vraiment très évolutif suivant les trois et permet de bien travailler.

Fast shipping. Band seems sturdy and it even came with instructions for use. Purchased to help with physical therapy exercises but the added exercises was a nice bonus.
