Well this belt is really amazing for regular workout . I am using this almost 2 weeks now and seeing toned belly , although i will not give false promise to the people who are looking for buy this . I am using it with my regular heavy weight training + cardio sessions . You must have to understand this belt or any belt cannot give you toned abs if you do not follow proper diet , proper excercise for your body . This is extra bonus for your hardwork to shape your belly . This gives me extra sweat which i need to take out the water weight from my body to build abs area . I would suggest this to anyone who follow proper nutrition , workout and use this 2-3 hrs max per session . Now if u do not workout still it may benefit if u use this during any long sitting session , or long bike ride . That may give u benefit to tone your belly but personlly i use for heavy workout sessions only as it also provide lower back support and correct tight core postures for every excercise . I am seeing fine results and amazingly it reduced my love handles and side belly structures . Reduced 1 inch waiseline also i noticed for regular use of it with my workouts . Also its comfortable too .

This product is very good for excessive sweating leading in water loss and core support the quality is good , rigid , velcro is strong, you can easily use this belt around 1 year post that it will start to loosen up a bit , velcro will be loose and needs replacement. Over all good product , dont use this belt for more than 3 hrs.

Good to use..but will be more impactful if it's used for entire day

My Product came quick, good product, sturdy, fits under my clothes. I walk all over Bengaluru the only problem is, it can totally soak the top of your pants when the water drips out. So yes, you lose water, you also lose weight and get a tighter core. It's awesome, you want one, get this one, if you wear daily in an environment that produces heat, you will be satisfied & make sure workout & diet is important too.

Don't buy if you want to save your hard earned Money! This thing won't last for more than a Month In my case rubber part which is the Vital part of this product worn out within 3 weeks.

Delivered the very next day with great packaging. The product all around is great. I've had issues with keeping belts in place and from rolling in the past, but this belt stays tight and doesnt roll. It's mainly due to the extra velcro strap, and that it can stick to anywhere on the outside of the belt. Old belts I've had only had a few areas where the velcro would stick, Also, it is very easy to clean/wipe down. Very satisfied, I definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Waist Belt.

Good and strong material. The size of the band is also long enough so that even a XXXL can wear with ease and comfort. Velcro strip is of good quality and holding is also tight. Don't have any idea how much it costs in the local market but overall satisfied.

This slim belt is of great quality. It is easy to put and take off. It does not create the muffin effect where there is a line between the belt and fat. There are no signs of holding in odour whatsoever. The material on the inside is comfortable as well.
