The ts80 is wonderful.
I purchased the ts80 as a possible replacement to my Weller P2KC butane soldering iron, and I think this has become my new favorite on site soldering iron. I am powering it with a wall adapter, but the precise temperature adjustment makes it better then the butane scolding iron. Can’t wait for more tips to be produced.

Usb c powered iron yes please so far it works great punches above its weight class
Fast to max temp usb c quick charged powered iv used it up to 8ga stranded body gets warm over time but that's a minor thing I run mine off a anker battery pack
