JQUEEN Double Watch Winder with Quiet Japanese Mabuchi Motor (Brown+Brown)

Let me start off by saying, you can't compare this product to an Orbita winder or other high end winders. What you can and should do is compare it to the cheaper brands in the same class. I don't go to Micky D's and expect 5 star service or food. If I were to rate Micky D's, I would have to compare it to other fast food chains. So my review is strictly based on comparison to comparable products. My expectations on this product was on something your paying almost 80% less. Translation....low expectations.Highly recommend this product! Upon receiving the product, came very well packaged and protected. After opening, pleasantly surprised at the quality. Piano gloss casing, sturdy base, and overall nice look and feel. One thing that could use a little more work on are the watch pillows, it does the job, but it's just stuffed with synthetic filler and it's not stitched on the back. Again, for a product that 80% less, not complaining. So far, this product is exceeding my expectations.How the product works. As described, has four dial settings on the back for the separate winders, variance is the timings on frequency of rotation. Note: this is a full rotation, not a swinging back and forth movement. I set up the watches and selected the appropriate setting and listened. Extremely quiet! Pleasantly surprised. Exceeding my expectations once again. After a couple of days and nights of use, I did notice the sound of the motor increases and at times there is a rhythmic "tapping" sound. It goes away after I turn off when not in use. Note to self, this could be a problem in the future. Maybe it's lack of lubrication. Wish there was a way for me to add WD or oil to the mechanism. Still, very pleased.Seller service. Absolutely stellar! There was a small issue with the hinge, as expected on mass produced items, and I contacted the seller. They were responsive and wanted to make things right, which they did. They were in touch frequently and I got a genuine feeling they wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied. I just hope this service quality remains if I report the "tapping" in the future (less than 1 year).For the price, quality, and level of service you get, buy this product.

The media could not be loaded. I love it!! My Rolex would always be wound down when I went to wear it.I got this for both of my Rolex watches, now when I go to wear either one, they are ready to go !!Very quiet, can not hear it at all.

This is a very well designed, high quality unit. I truly cannot hear it make a single sound, and I have been trying. When they say silent, they mean it, it's truly incredible. It looks far more expensive than it is. I zero concerns about the turns per day because I already exceed those numbers wearing my watches during a normal day, and watches are designed to not self-overwind. From my cheapest to my most expensive automatic (And I have over 120 automatics), I have never had a single issue with the TPD being too much for a mechanism, whether worn, or on a winder. It's simply not an issue to be concerned about. I have huge watches and all fit in this unit with no problem whatsoever, there is plenty of clearance. Bottom line, this is great value, and you will be pleased.

The motors are extremely quiet on this double watch winder.The quality, craftsmanship and the feel of the unit is evident. All components are nice to touch.

Unit stopped working properly 9 days after the return window closed. Will rotate when you first power it on but it will not run again until you cycle the power again.

So far I am very pleased with this watch winder. Too soon to know long term reliability.
