Nice carport at a great value and great customer service.
I bought this carport to keep my boat under during the summer. The instructions were simple to follow, I recommend building with 3 - 4 people, at least when you need to raise the sides. My wife, my 22 YO son and I were able to do it. My son and I moved towards each end and my wife in middle, once we raised it up my wife grabbed each leg and set in place while my son and I held it up. We had 5 legs to install on each side so she did the 2nd and 4th post first to relieve the weight of us holding then did other legs. I recommend having two 6’ step ladders as well for different parts of project. We were missing one roof panel but customer service was very responsive and mailed replacement out to us. I need to install that once I get it but they were great and updated me via email multiple times. I left the missing panel spot as the last panel on the back left side, it will be quick and easy to pop in. I recommend using a silicone caulk to seal the edges of the overlapping roof panels. I did that after but it would have been easier to do as we installed while it was low to ground before we raised it. I’d be liberal with the silicone as the tape is ok but won’t be a perfect waterproof seal and rain will run into seams and drip at some joints. I have installed on the gravel driveway of my summerhouse and we used cork screw ground anchors with strap to secure to ground around the base tubing. I could not anchor on the side posts that come off the legs (the ground under my driveway had random rocks in the way so being able to anchor from the base gave me more flexibility. I used 8 in total; 4 on each side.

Customer service is amazing!
I bought the 13x21x11 carport a couple of months ago. The quality was good, the price was great and the customer service was far beyond my expectations. 1 piece was damaged and all it took was a couple of email exchanges and they had the replacement part on the way. I put it together by myself (with the help of my tractor’s hay fork to lift the roof assembly) but I would strongly recommend getting a buddy to help. I wanted more side panels and Fiona and team went out of their way to help me get them, and at a good price. Their customer service is unheard of these days! Like others, I have had to caulk for leaks, but I really think it’s due to my gravel pad not being completely level (or maybe lifting with the hay fork!) I highly recommend this company because of their customer service.

Good Product
Initially had delivery issue (received only 1 out of 5 boxes). This was an Amazon issue not a product issue (Amazon customer service told me to write a review at that time regarding the issue and they reshipped ). Once I got the replacement which was 5 boxes instead of 1 I could assemble the carport. (Took almost 3 extra weeks) This is a decent product for the money. Good instructions. It is a bit challenging to keep panels on roof straight due to flexing. I recommend measuring from a reference point to keep things straight. Also I would recommend caulking panels in addition to the sticky foam tape to seal seems and prevent leaking. Overall I am satisfied with the product so far ( still have to put the legs on and raise it up. ) I would recommend this product but be sure to take your time to get things as straight as possible. I would say I got mine about 95% good.

I don't regret buying this carport.
Not a bad carport. I put it together mostly myself, pretty straight forward directions. It took me a few hours. I needed a couple buddies at the end to lift up one side and put the legs on and then the other side. They stopped by and it took about a half hour and they were in their way again. I'm not seeing any leaks and it seems stable. We just had out first real snow and wind storm and no problems. I contacted customer service and they got right back to me. There was nothing wrong, I wanted to see if I could buy extra struts for the legs. They sent the parts out and they were here in a couple days. I think it'll hold up for several years of hit summers and brutal winters

WARNING!!!!!!!!!!
WARNING!!! I decided to disregard certain reviews as I thought, this time will be different as I'm mechanically inclined and would install the roof panels correctly... Boy was I wrong to assume that no matter how cautious and meticulous I was, the damn roof still leaks and will, regardless.. due to the poor design and ridiculous concept that the tape will would prevent leaks! I've reached out to customer service, respectfully and kind, only for the call to drop each time with four different representatives! Don't waste your time, or money. Also, only five months in and signs of rust are already showing!!

The best shelter & toughest frame I've ever owned.
This is a well built product. All frame joints have mechanical connections. Compared to several others I have owned, this one is by far easier to set up. My only negative feedback would be the anchoring hardware is subquality and I received no end walls despite the advertising and specifications stating there were "two zippered ends and two side walls with zippered windows". Also, the video reviews are not the same product. UPDATE: Garvee had been trying to contact me but I didn't see the message. They are sending me end walls that were not in packing. (I believe they were taken as the packing looked to be opened and retapped.) The anchoring hardware works however soil my region is either loamy or rocky clay. I have had anchoring problems with every shelter so I built rebar anchors and weights. I will add we had a very windy thunderstorm with heavy rain. This is the first shelter that I didn't have to reassemble and nothing inside got wet. Very well built solid frame. I will be a repeat customer, that is "if" I can wear out or break this shelter. Picture/video coming soon.

MISERABLE to set up
I will say that the instructions were more decent than most to set up. But the videos showing just 2 guys setting it up are laughable. I helped my husband for 4 days straight. Most times we had to incorporate 1 son and sometimes our other son as well. The roofing holes didn’t match up well and so it is uneven with some metal sticking out further than the others. On a positive note I feel it IS good quality. I have no problem with that at all. And it has rained some and kept our tractor dry. Tonight will be our first snow storm so that will telling. If you live or place this in an area where it gets windy and don’t have it on a cement pad, like me, I would highly recommend pinning it down somehow. I will need to tarp the front, back and sides and next year buy additional roofing to finish it off so snow, etc doesn’t get in.

Nice except
Update To The update : The 12x13 that I ordered two of are no longer manuf but instead now a 13x16 for short of $100 more but looks to be very well worth the cost difference and still a very good excellent deal for the quality build. Best part is no longer is the frame unit put together with self tap screws but now all bolted onto place, making it a lot less time to set up. I'm 70 yrs old and put it all together myself exception of another person help to set frame unit onto the base tubes. The roofing panels require you to place them square or other panels can end up really out of square but you can still fix the problem, take measurements to a certain joint on the frames, pull the panel slightly to match a level measurement and then screw it to the frame. Do this for additional panels and you should end up with the last row of panels looking nice and straight level instead of wavy as seen on some pics/ vids. Also, the manuf customer service is excellent, a highly recommended product and would purchase for sure another from them if needed. Changed review rating higher because of their great customer service email replies and help - Update : purchased another kit, same size. needed sheetmetal panels for another project and this was $150 cheaper than what home depot would have cost me and 4 ft plus length instead of 3 ft ones. Will use the frame unit for turning it into a greenhouse, got this second one for $50 less than last time - 12x13 kit took 3 hrs to put the frame assy all together, pretty sturdy build. Roofing panels are pretty flimsy and were all scratched up from shipping, can easily get bent by hand so caution putting together this part of the unit. All parts received and included a small bag of extra hardware. Self tap screws not the greatest but good enough, just takes extra force and time. Hardest part were angle support braces, screws go in at an angle, easier to drill straight before trying to install a screw. Fairly good instructions, all parts marked with letters for what pieces attach to each other. Good amount of pre drilled holes. Comes with attach brackets and hardware to tie into concrete, have to drill thru base if wanting to attach to dirt/ ground with rebar stakes. Overall good quality, except for flimsy and scratched up sheet metal panels and not as good attach screws and no driver drill attachment like have gotten with other kits or with box of screws have ordered
