Kuhn Rikon Colori Chef's Knife, 6-Inch, Black

Bought the small pairing knife from Amazon and like it so much. Therfore decided to buy this chef knife. It is very sharp and also appreciate the plastic handle. I had another wooden handle knife before, and the wood would peel off after some time.

Wonderful knives. Perfect size and handle fits my smaller sized hand. Extremely sharp, which makes it safer.

this was a gift for a friend after useing one for myself. mine i use it for travel and camping as it had a cover and i don't want to take my higher end knives out of the kitchen. but this knife can do the job of any of them.. i may buy the smaller Paring Knife soon. Kuhn Rikon has my trust

Es un cuchillo de buena apariencia, el color verde es muy diferente al publicado pero desde mi punto de vista es aun mas agradable, viene perfectamente empaquetado y con su protector el cual es básico por que es muy filoso, nunca lo dejen fuera de su funda/protector por que se pueden cortar muy fácilmente. Lo he utilizado hasta para cortar carne y huesos crudos consiguiendo cortarlos, pero recomiendo no hacerlo, usenlo mejor para cortar sus verduras, frutas y carnes cocidas, hace su trabajo de manera impecable en esos casos.
