It Works
I use it to re-texture my blond natural curly hair. My first time to try this product and I only left it on about 10 minutes from start to finish as I was afraid it would harm my hair but it did not at all. It changed the texture to a silkier , much straighter feel and look. and took out the curls. I used my own conditioner at first rinse and then did apply the one in the box and left it on over night then rinsed out a day later. Did not smell bad like a perm does. I have used a perm in the past without rods and combed straight and that works well too. Never leave any of this on your hair too long as it works better than you think is working . It works on my hair instantly, so I rinse it out fast as I can. this is a great price considering saloons charge $300! lol you get 2 treatments in this box.

Warning
Do not buy this product!!! I am dead serious. I followed the instructions to the letter. Four minutes after applying it I started the combing. Right away my hair broke off in chunks. Despite immediately washing it out etc my shoulder length red hair looked like a mass of brillo pads. Emergency beautician intervention couldn't save it. I now have 1 inch hair all over. Please don't try it. Add no response from the company.

It straightens better than most other straighteners I have used.
Other straighteners sometimes don't do the job, I am left with frizz and waves. (I have very curly hair.) But this straightener has kept out the frizz when it is humid. The only thing I didn't like about it was that more of my hair seemed to fall out during the process. And I would recommend a better shampoo and conditioner than they give you. I used my CHI products.

Best bang for the buck!
I have naturally curly hair with color. I was concerned this product may either be too harsh or not strong enough but it did a wonderful job. My hair was soft and straight!! Everything you need is in the box. I will buy again for sure.

Pretty nice if your hair is not too coarse
This is a very good relaxer of your hair is not super coarse, it does not miss treat it as much as lye relaxers, the styling lotion is not very good, the rest is fine

Do Not Use!
I lost about 70% of my hair! Followed directions to the tee and when I removed towel to brush, I kept brushing wads of hair out. Even had to cut off 6 inches of my length due to chemical burns on my ends. I do not recommend doing relaxers at home period.
