They Kiwanda 10L holds approximately 10 liters, and the Kiwanda 20L holds approximately 20 liters worth of whatever you'd like to carry in it! Both can also be adjusted to smaller volumes by rolling the roll top closure down further. -Jason at Tillak

We'd say so! With your clothes in the Kiwanda 20L they will stay dry regardless of the weather outside, so it works wonderfully for travel. Keep in mind, that is only 20L capacity though, so it is a medium sized backpack, not a large one. Jason at Tillak

They can accommodate something with a diameter up to about 4". Here at Tillak, the vast majority of us use fairly low profile yoga mats which roll up quite small and fit well with the straps.
