Nice non-stick cake pan ...
Perfect non-stick cake pan. The rim helps with getting it in/out of the oven (I'm mobility-challenged, so ... ). I use this more for baking dinner rolls, cinnamon rolls, and cornbread. I've never had a problem with the ceramic coating and things cook evenly every time. A good investment for sure!
