Let's start with it works, but beyond that, it's all con and no pros.First, the slide doesn't lock. So when you try to push the drive into a USB for or any port, the slide moves, making it impossible to push it into the USB port. You need to re-enforce the other end in order to successfully push the drive into USB port.Secondly, the transfer speed is really slow. Transfer on iPhone X is slow, really slow. Plugged into the USB port on a PC, it's getting speed comparable to USB 2.0, not even close to USB 3.0 speed as it's described in the description.Lastly, there isn't any kind of protection for the plugs. One end or the other is always exposed and subject to breaking at all times.It needs a way way to carry it around besides in a pouch or pocket -- key ring/lanyard.

I loaded a 10 episode mini series onto flash drive in sequence episode 1 to episode 10 using Windows. When I tried to play it on Ipad the sequence was reversed 10 to 1. The software has a serious BUG. Fortunately I have a file name changing program and I changed the file names so that #10 became #1 and #1 became #10 and did the same for all other files. And now I can play the mini series.The good news is that the playing quality was excellent - very sharp and clear. Speed to transfer was just under 12 MB/s comparable to other Blu Ray flash drives I have (but sometime these other flash drives get to 30 to 40 MB/s - I haven't had this drive long enough to know if that will happen with this drive).You can't have any kind of case on the Ipad (or iPhone). It can not plug in if you do. Also there is no lock on either end (USB or iPhone) so you have to hold on to it tight or it will not plug in -difficult at first but not a serious problem after doing it several times. The software is weak - you must do almost everything in Windows. But it plays video and music well.I'm hoping they will correct the bug I mentioned - hard to believe they would miss something like that.

The software that you have to use is terrible thus making this a useless flash drive. When you plug the flash drive into the iPhone the music in not in the “music” icon but in the “file” icon. When you click on the “file” icon your music comes up and you can play the music in the order that it is in but when you stop the music you have to go out and close the app because it stops responding (every time I tried, this was on the iPhone). When I connected it to an iPad it would not even play music, the little busy wheel just kept rotating. Useless Flash drive.

This does load thing off your iphone but that is were it stops. If you use it to take photos it puts in png format not Jpeg. it is inconsistent with the photos some times it loads each photo as a separate picture other times it over wrights the last photo taken. if you copy old photos off your iphone it converts it to helft format. I have never heard of this format. over all this is a terrible product and should be taken off the market but especially off amazon. The company can not even be found on the internet to complain to. Thanks to this device i have lost several photos permanently

I’ve used this several times. My iPhone runs out of memory from all my pics. It can be frustrating while not near a PC to upload. This solves the problem. Once in a while I get a false read that I’ve fulled capacity on the flash drive. But I’ll just remove the stick and start over. It will then go back to having full memory.

There is no return policy, drive does not plug into USB Port keeps receding, very hard to use? Confusing no instructions do not recommend. Tried to return refuse return???

This will back up all your images from your phone. I use mine for work images so I can take them with my phone and not bog up my images with work photos all the time. I can also then view them on my iPad without loading them. Love this drive - bought 3 for stocking stuffers and one for me too. (my second!)
