A highly satisfying tea drinking experience -- and decaf at that!
During the cold, winter months I enjoy sitting and drinking a hot cup of tea. I have been a Celestial drinker since I was a teenager. My parents always had a box of the stuff in the kitchen cabinet. It had been almost a lifetime since I drank tea again. I don't know why I stopped, but one day a light went off in my noggin' that I should start drinking it again now that the cold weather is upon us. I have to tell you, I went to the Supermarket to seek out decaffeinated tea bags. All they had was Lipton tea. I bought a box and began drinking it over the last month. Not bad, but I knew I could do better. Thank Goodness Amazon carries Celestial. I did a search for Orange Pekoe tea and came up with this flavor. As I expected, reviews were overwhelmingly positive. I already knew how good Celestial Tea was, and I was looking forward to trying it again. A smile came to my face when I opened the box and found 6 boxes of this tea for under $20. That's amazing! Each box has 20 tea bags. Another thing I had forgotten --- the tea bags themselves are big! I drink out of a 16-ounce mug. Usually, a single Lipton bag doesn't do the trick in providing strong, satisfying flavor. But one Celestial bag provides an abundance of tangy, orange flavor for my sized cup. If you are looking for a flavored decaffeinated tea that delivers a punch of flavor, you need to buy this Celestial brand. Really!

Like fancy, spiced punch <3
Decided to try Mandarin Orange Spice for the first time and shockingly liked it even more than Jammin Lemon Ginger. It has a fruity citrus flavor reminiscent of fruit punch but with a touch of the spice (like in Bengal Spice but obv not as heavy). And, unlike other teas, this one actually tastes even better room temp/cold. I brew an 8 cup pot every morning (I add 3 tbsp of truvia) and drink from it throughout the day. I go through the pot way faster than I usually do because this flavor is so great (esp after itโs cooled down).

Mix with local honey to help with allergies when pine trees are pollinating
These days I tend to stay inside most of the time, other than occasional trips to grocery store or to work on Victory Garden and mow the lawn, but the other day I drove about an hour to the nearest KFC, to get original recipe fried chicken and coleslaw. About 20 miles outside of town, I started sneezing and my eyes started watering. I was driving through an area with lots of pine trees. There is an abundance of pine pollen, and that's what caused it. After I got back home, my nose was stuffy and my eyes were bothersome. A friend called, and I told him about this. He told me that Celestial Seasonings Mandarin Orange Spice Tea mixed with local honey is a good remedy that does not involve drugs. So I got some, and it works. When pine trees are pollinating, everything is covered with pollen (cars, driveways, and roads), and the air is hazy. It looks like smog, but it's pine pollen. In parts of Georgia, there can be 1/4" of pine pollen covering cars, trucks, and parking lots, which mostly is a Southern thing. Where I am located, there are national and private forests with hundreds of acres of pine trees, so lots of pine pollen this time of year. I like four of the Celestial Seasonings teas (Mandarin Orange Spice, Red Zinger, Sleepytime, and Candy Cane Peppermint). I have enjoyed Mandarin Orange Spice tea for decades, but I didn't know it is good for pine pollen and similar allergies when mixed with local honey.

This is a great tea to buy
Love this flavor of tea. Very good way to warm up and relax. Smells as good as it tastes. Honey is a great addition to this tea.
