First order came with one of the protectors broken. The second protector in the order fit my iPad Pro 11 in” m4 absolutely perfectly compared to the built in protector on my case. Knocked out the old protector and this product fit like a glove. My job requires me to be in rugged places taking notes and I trust this to protect the screen when dropped (already dropped on concrete and no damage whatsoever to the protector or iPad). This even works with the metal nib replacements I have on the Apple Pencil without being all scratched up like my plastic built-in case screen protector. They sent a replacement package free of charge (received today) and I have zero complaints. Great product, perfect fit, & easy to apply/clean. Highly recommend! (Looks invisible when applied correctly and writes better than the paper like screen protectors)
