You are asking about a summer fan which has 3 speeds and gives off a lot of air. This Delonghi safeheater gives off a low weaker fan air heat. Does a great job for a small room. Hope this helps !!

not sure about that, but would say buy another brand. Within a year the rotating part of the unit stopped working. I am very disatisfied with the product.
