Light weight and Great deal for the Money!
Great deal for the money. Just need the footrest to come marked with left and right. Took me forever to figure it out :).The wheelchairs approved by Medicare and just too heavy for loading in the vehicle and using for transport for long walks to doctors appointments. This chair works great and by folding down the push handles and taking off the foot rest it fits in the truck of my small car.

Convenient to use
This wheel chair is well made and easy to lift. The larger size wheels make it easier to get up and down curbs. The fabric is of good quality. I just wish the back had a little more give to it, making it easier to conture to my back. It is too stiff. Overall, it is a very good wheel chair.

Leg/foot rests were put together incorrectly at factory so they would not go on chair correctly
I worked for a PT practice (retired 8 yrs) and we used these transport chairs. Now that we need a chair for my mother-in-law we got this based on my experience with them. We put it together today and most of it went smoothly but the legs/foot rests were all wrong. First they would not go on correctly because the foot rests interfered with the front wheels. If you were able to maneuver around that in order to get them to lock in when not in use, then you couldn't get the foot rest i itself to fold up. Then we realized the foot rest piece was on the wrong side and that was why it we could not get the leg to lock into place when in use. I finally realized that you have to slide the foot rest part out of the top part of the leg (press in the button and slid it off) and then switch sides and slip the rests back on and put them on the chair. Then it all worked as it should. Another drawback is the gap between the foot rests when open for use. They should be a few inches longer o each side. As long as the person is able to keep their feet from sliding between the gap you should be fine. I still see, however when folded up the front wheels seem to get stuck on the footrests, no matter what. So if it's folded and you are going to wheel it, you will have to tip it back on it's back wheels in order to push it. I am sorry I didn't get one that was lighter. At almost 70 myself, it's going to be a hassle getting it into the trunk! Overall it seems sturdy and most transport chairs are not comfortable sitting in them for long periods of time so I will get her a cushion. We won't have to use this for another week when we move MIL to an Ass't Living facility so if I find any other problems, I will update this review.

Looks good, terrible design flaw! Not worth purchasing
First thing is- if you are looking for a RED chair, this one is not red. It’s more burgundy/wine color. Not bad looking, but not red. When it arrives, you have to install the wheels, not a huge deal, but good to know. The leg/footrests are mostly assembled, but took me a bit to get the orientation right. Even after comparing to an existing chair we had, I couldn’t get it. It appeared I had two left footrests. Finally figured it out.My biggest complaint is that the leg rests interfere I with the movement of the front wheels. See photo. I think if they angled out the footrests more, they would clear the front wheel. This makes maneuvering nearly impossible, you have to keep readjusting the front wheel. I’ve decided to send this back. Not worth purchasing 😕I also wish that the back of the backrest had a little pocket (like so many do) to store small items (gloves, masks). The item does not reveal the weight of this item. I think it said 1 lb? Feels like about 35 lbs to me, but I didn’t have a way to weigh it.

I use it for a feeding chair and to go for walks.
I purchased two of these chairs and I should note that I purchased two open box options, which made my purchase much cheaper but very well worth it.I use one as a feeding chair for my autistic child who has grown out of a standard high chair. (I also purchased a wheelchair tray separately.) Some of you may know that most feeding chairs for kids/teens who have grown out of high chairs are VERY expensive so I decided to research a more affordable option.Pros: It's lightweight, easy to wipe as it's a nylon material, has a wheel lock feature, has a seatbelt (which I could not find in a lot of wheelchairs.)He won't age out of it and could have it through adulthood if necessary. (Putting this here because I purchased a very expensive kinder chair in the largest size which he is already getting too big for. Excellent product but aging out of unfortunately.)The second one I use to take my child for walks.Pros: Glides nicely on even roadCons: Gets a little bumpy on certain roads, maneuverability isn't the best, I don't think that I would want to go up or down hills with it, and if you did I would highly suggest a wrist strap for strollers/etc. For safety.

Ease of use
We purchased this chair for our 90 year old mom to help get her from the car to her doctor appointments, restaurants, etc. This chair works wonderfully! It is easy to fold and unfold, fits her great, very sturdy, and fits in the back of my Jeep really well. I would highly recommend this chair.
