Wonderful Malt
I have gotten these malts from a local brew supply store and these were a bit more expensive but I had a gift card so it worked out well. Gotta love Briess!

Bake a Better Bagel
As a professional baker I have always used dry non-diasatic malt in my bagel dough. I started using Briess's liquid malt extract and I can't believe how much chewier and crustier they are. Great product, not just for making beer.

This LME (Liquid Malt Extract) is top notch for any home brewer wanting to add a little something special to their home brewed beer. I typically use this as an additive to current recipes in which I'm seeking a better body, mouthfeel, and maltier flavor. Keep in mind, this extract is Pilsen, and as such should be used for lighter beers in general, unless you have another particular goal in mind. It will up the ABV of your brew, depending on how much you add. Please refer to a brewing calculator for specifics in that department, keeping in mind your batch size. All in all, a great product that will up your brewing game tremendously.

Expired!
When I received it, I checked the bottom of the container for the date. A sticker was placed over the expiration/best by date saying best by June of 2020. I peeled of the sticker to see the true best by date - it was last March. Sent it back.

Arrived broken.
My shipment arrived broken, LME leaking everywhere. Porch is covered in it. Ill change my review if I get a timely replacement.
